This is one of the ways I enjoy fishing with a bobber. Waiting for that bobber to go down. Makes you feel like a kid again love it. I enjoyed this video very much. The slow motion of the bobber goes down and catching your limit. Who don't love that. 😁

I found the how-to video on slip cork setup. Here's a little tip that can and will help out tremendously. I replace the small yellow tips in my corks with an aluminum rivet. The size you want is 1/8-1/16 with 1/8 grip range. Pop the rivet off nail by grabbing the sleeve with pliers and tap down on a hard surface until sleeve releases from nail. You can place a rivet in top to replace the yellow tip and you can insert one at the bottom. By doing this, the line travels through the riveted cork much faster and you won't have to worry about the tip insert getting grooves in it and causing line break.

Yeah I read somewhere that some fish like crappie and largemouth can adjust their colors to their environment to be able to ambush bait better.
Never heard that before. They are chameleons lol but it makes sense. Being that white they won’t be able to sneak up on anything lol cold water creek makes them black crappie turn almost pure white! Thanks for watching! God bless

What jig heads work best with slab city jigs. Didn't see the eyes like slab city ones on those you were you using. What works best for jig head colors? Getting my boat rigged out soon. Got to find a creek near me to try this with my family. Enjoy the videos.
I use plain lead heads. No eyes. I don’t prefer Crappie fishing with painted heads. Unnecessary in my opinion. I use 2 1/16th oz for this double jig rig setup. They are available at slabcityjigs.com thanks for watching! God bless

I didn't see your link to setting up the double rig slip bobber. I've always considered using braid to mono but typically tie my own knot stop as the ones in the store tend to become very loose over time.
