Good Morning! 🌞 “Gertie the Goose” visits our front window every morning to make sure we are all awake! #BehindTheScenes At Desert Vision Center, we prepare extra early each morning calibrating instruments, reviewing charts, and organizing our team to best serve our patients. “Gertie,” as we have named her, has become a regular part of our morning routine. 😀
The Rancho Mirage desert oasis landscaping around the hospital campus and nearby golf resorts includes ponds which attracts the geese to the area. ⛳️🏌️‍♂️
Fun Fact: The Canadian Goose is known to have a very low ‘divorce rate.’ Once a mate is chosen, it is chosen for life. ❤️
