if you want the flower to be bigger than mine in the video, you can try these 2 ways:
1st way: use bigger size yarn and hook
2nd way: when you finish crocheting round 4 (1sc, 1inc, 1sc) * 6 times, then through round 5, let crochet (3sc, 1inc) * 6 times. If you want to be even bigger, round 6 (2sc, 1inc, 2sc) * 6 times. Then crochet the next rounds without increasing the number of stitches. ***Note that this way you should increase the number of rounds (>14 rounds) so that the flower is more balanced, avoiding being fat and short

I wonder what kind of wool you used? In this video, I used 4ply cotton yarn has size about 1.5 ~ 2.0mm.
Or if you don't want it to be fat, you can increase the number of rows of 28sc to increase the height of the flowers, so the flowers will be more harmonious and less fat.
