    Hi Can you explain the Round 6 I get 53 instead of 48
    I followed the pattern
    2sc 1inc 2sc.
    The tutorial said 1sc in the 1st 1 sc in the 2nd
    2sc in the third then 1 sc in the 4th
    1sc in the 5th
    1sc in the 6th.. How was that happen?? Please enlighten me🥲🥲🥲🥲

    • @shreyekkhadka5143
      @shreyekkhadka5143 4 месяца назад +2

      Hi, the pattern is 8 x (2sc, inc, 2sc). I am not sure what you mean but we can figure out your mistake by looking at the patten. Just think of it like this:
      You first make a single crochet in the first loop. Then make another single crochet on the second loop.
      You then make 2 single crochets in the third loop, which is an increase.
      Then finally you make another single crochet in the 4th loop and a single crochet in the 5th loop. This completes the series and the rest is just repeating this series.
      Meaning at 6th loop, you make a single crochet. At 7th loop a single crochet. at 8th you do an increase which is 2 single crochets in 1 loop. At 9th loop you do single crochet and at the 10th loop you do single crochet. You are just doing (2sc, ins, 2sc) 8 times.
      So in total, the series above has 6 stitches. 2+ 2( Since an increase is 2 SC in one loop) + 2. The pattern is saying just do this sequence 8 times. 8 x 6 = 48 so you should have 48 at the end of the round.

      @@EmilynGalang-fx6sq
      Hey, sorry I just saw this.
      So for row 19 you will follow this:
      Do 3 single crochets
      Do a decrease( which will make 1 single crochet using 2 loops instead of 1 like in a normal single crochet)
      Then do 3 more single crochets.
      That is 3 single crochets + 1 crochet from the decrease + 3 single crochet = 7 crochets. You will just do this pattern 8 times. 7 X 8 = 56 which is the amount you should have at the end.

    • @cherricrochet161
      @cherricrochet161  7 месяцев назад +4

      I know you may think row 6 should be (4sc, 1inc). The reason i separate (4 sc, 1inc) into (2sc, 1inc, 2sc) is to make the circle more roundish. When you choose 4sc (you constantly increase at a same spot over and over each round), it will be kinda pentagon-ish. But it is totally fine if you do (4sc, 1inc), i'm just extra hehe

      Round 11 is 3sc, inc, 3sc, so your round should look like this:
      3sc, inc, 3sc, 3sc, inc, 3sc, 3sc, inc..
      Not like this:
