  • Germany is one of a growing number of countries warning its citizens against traveling to Ukraine and advising any nationals in the country to leave, following fears that Russia is planning an imminent invasion. As diplomatic efforts to prevent a Russian invasion reach a pever pitch, the US, NATO, Ukraine and Russia prepare for the worst.Subscribe: www.youtube.co...

Don’t get too cocky, your axis of evil called NATO/USA that destroyed dozens of sovereign countries will not prevail in a conflict with Russia, especially looking at recent America’s disgrace in Afghanistan.
You couldn’t even defeat some cavemen on donkeys, so I wouldn’t recommend digging your own grave trying to mess with the official world's 2nd-most powerful military (including Space Forces), and the 4th-highest military expenditure. Apart from that, Russia is a recognised nuclear-weapons state, possessing the world's largest stockpile of nuclear weapons.
Well, and, for what it’s worth you should really put up with the obvious fact that geopolitically Russia is one of the most powerful and crucial countries ensuring the balance of the world.

If Ukraine wants peace, why is it the party pushing escalation? All that has to happen for this to stop is Ukraine has to pull back the more than 100K troops it's moved onto the Russian border in hopes of using force to take the Donbas region from the civilians there.
Ukraine wants war, it's the only way Zelenskyy can push his way into NATO and the EU while covering up the planned slaughter of dualUkrainian nationals in the Donbas by Ukrainian troops.

@@item6931 When? Putin has been explicit and clear since this started in March last year. He has absolutely no desire or intention to invade Ukraine. Period. It's February, the window to even start an offensive is rapidly closing.
And you have to take into account the Russian troops are hundreds of kilometres from the border and showed up *AFTER* the Ukrainian troops showed up on the actual border. The number of Russian troops mirrors the number of Ukrainian troops. It's called a defensive stance.
Russia and Belarus have held military exercises well inside their own territory, something every military on earth does with their allies.
Yankville holds such live fire exercises on the Korean DMZ annually then complains that the DPRK are becoming aggressive.
Meanwhile NATO and Yankville have been moving thousands of troops close to Belarus, Ukraine and Russia. They've been sending weapons into Ukraine in clear violation of peace treaties. That's escalation, it's aggression.
The Russian troops haven't responded. They've kept the same defensive stance they've held for a few weeks short of a year now. You really think stationing troops for a year in defensive response to your aggressive neighbour is a plan to invade? Yet every time Russia points that stuff out yankville dismisses it and cries about escalation. Escalation they're doing.
This is about oil & gas money,.

The average Russian and Chinese have a different look of the world outside Russia and China.
Putin and Xi, they fear democracy. The existence of strong US is a threat to their authoritarian rule.
The US is a threat to their existence, not because of the US military but because of what it stands for....human rights, free elections, private enterprise, senate, congress and supreme court.
Glasnost (“openness” opened the way for democratic reform movements) started the collapse of the USSR....the very same thing that Putin now fears, that can also happen to him.
In 1990, McDonald’s opened its first restaurant in Moscow. The image of the Golden Arches in Pushkin Square seemed like a triumph of Western capitalism, and customers lined up around the block for their first taste of a Big Mac.
In 1991, after one year, the USSR collapsed.
CCP crushed HK and want to do the same thing to Taiwan. Putin cannot have a democratic Ukraine, especially the post soviet Baltic states near their borders.
Russia has some of the tightest controls in the world in terms of what its citizens can access on the internet. A large number of websites and online services are banned in Russia by Roskomnadzor, the federal censorship body.
Almost all western apps/websites are banned in China....RUclips, google, yahoo, Bing, Facebook, Instagram, twitter, whatsup, viber, messenger, Wikipedia, BBC, Reuters, Bloomberg, NYTimes, WSI, Fox, NBC, etc.etc....

The best case scenario is that the generals can negotiate the peaceful settlement that has eluded the world leaders.
