Trading on a demo account can definitely feel similar to the real market, but there are some differences. It might also be helpful to seek guidance from experienced traders or do some research on different trading strategies.
I will advice you should stop trading on your own if you keep losing.
If you can, then get a professional to trade for you I think that way your assets are more secure.

Zk could be another Arbitrium, a pain in the butts. Transfer ETH into their L2 then may take days to get your ETH back. On some occasions, you may end up losing the discrepancy in value.

Coin Market Cap could also sells Crypto there as every Crypto is there. It's really annoying that most of these altcoins is not listed in Coinbase and the Wallet fees are so high that I gave up using my wallet to buy these gems coins as Etherium fees is about 22 per transaction 😢
