My current Sammi had a bad water leak into the oil. One of the head freeze plugs had come out. This is the first time I have even seen someone else know that was a possibility.
Hey did you say u made a video on how to put a front locker in a tracker without it breaking? Iv looked everywhere cant find nothing but to put a straight laxle in.. i need some help
@@Dust1220 you have 22 spline side gears in your carrier. I highly recommend sending us the third member so we can eliminate the weak trouble prone crush collar. That way there is no core charge at all. You won’t be able to drive the car as the front driveshaft removal will dump all t-case fluid out. Plus it would be a hassle as you will find out to remove both front axles to get the carrier out also requires engine lift up or you can also drop the entire front housing out.
So I could send u the 3rd member and what about the aluminum housing or is it cast iron? From what I been told is the bracket breaks as you know. I can't get under the tracker to see. I'm a paraplegic from chest down so I just have my buddy's work on it.

Those engines are very tough, I once drove for 2 days with the head gasket upside down before catastrophic meltdown. Once.

We have done many engine swaps. I don’t think we have run into a new issue for a long time .

Ok I found it now! So that carrier will bolt right up to my stock 92 tracker if the spline count is right ??
