Read instructions. Clean area w/ release agent. Let dry completely. Apply glue to pull tab, immediately put over dent and hold 10 seconds. Then let glue sit 2-3 minutes OR MORE. Depends on amount of glue used. Allow glue to harden COMPLETELY. May take several minutes. Then install crossbar. Screw slowly up to remove dent
@@Migman77 I have one and I haven't repaired anything so far but I haven't really got into any hail stuff either. Tried it on a Harley tank and it did pull it some before the glue turned loose. I'm gonna grind the spot mildly, glue the tab, then I'm gonna epoxy over the tab with the stud sticking out of course, pull the dent then clean all that off and apply metal glaze hopefully. Less evasive too the tank I'm figuring
I didn't like that you would heat the panel then cool the panel as you're pushing out from the inside you could use dry ice to cool it and it would help you remove that dent
Its too deep a dent, creases aren't easy especially the thicker skin on the hood. Ive had 3 of these and they do work ok smaller dents especially in the center of panels. This definitely looks like it could have paintless removal with rods behind the panel by a pro
@@rolandobalmaceda9238 Yes, but you have to try with the tool that was designed for for the job ! this isn't designed for a huge dent like that, let alone a dent with a massive crease through the middle, horses for courses as they say, and this was the wrong horse for this course ! Its akin to trying to undo a straight head screw with a Philips head screwdriver, failing to work then saying it's not much good !
Hello! We think this tool is best for shallow dents. It did not work for us either. Our dent was too sharp or creased. We were able to make it look better but ultimately, we had to get a proper body-man on this. Thank you for watching!

Slide hammer and glue tab for that kind of dent work dent out and then tab down crin and tight spots.
Thank you. PDR is tough. We were trying out the tool. We were clearly unsuccessful. We'll give that a try next time!
That's a lot of high optimism ridding on 15 bucks.😊
Also says in instructions it won't work for aluminum hoods.
You're expecting a little bit much out of that tool. It's more for like hail damage and the like .
Yeah it was just a fun video to make
Does it work for hail damage pretty well? That's what I need to repair.

@@Migman77 I think it may work but I have only seen it used on baseball size dents.
I’m hearing if you sand the pullers it will grip the glue better
Oh man I got to try that out next time
You need to let the glue set for 4 - 5 minutes. You're pulling way too soon.

Yeah it was just something fun to try out. I let the PDR guys handle this
As soon as I saw that big ass crease, I said nope!
Hahha yeah I said that also but it was worth a try.
Wgats the dowel for?
It's in case you pulled the dent out too far,you can tap it to even out the dent.

Yeah we asked around if this could be paint removed nobody could do it. So what amateurs do is test it out with products at autozone ahhah
He should snatch it... that way the arms won't make more dents
Common sense when you see a crease like that, you should know that dent puller is not gonna work. Dent puller, not crease puller
So it was a test on what this tool can do. Didn't say it was the proper way of doing it. Can you make a video of how you would repair?

Damm
Yeah haha
It didn’t work for me

That dent is too deep, the material has stretched, it can,t go back.
1-10 Mississippi's 😂 old skool shit. I still don't kno the purpose, of counting so many Mississippi.
My elementary teacher told me and now it’s stuck in my head!! Haha
Louisiana works too
You all did that wrong way wrong
Yeah we could have done better. Heating up the panel would have been a good truck
It's for dings. That's a huge cringy dent
Yeah did not have high hopes, but it was worth a try. It did help a little when it was time to do body work in it
