Indies games becoming Canny to Uncanny [Fandom]

- I was bored and I wanted to do something diferent besides the animations.
Just wanted to participate Mr. Incredible meme. and mostly suscribers agreed, so here it is.
Now I have to finish QnA2 for 50k subs.
Remember:
This is my opinion about the fandoms, I may be wrong (that's why I put % just to people know how much I know the fandom)
So yeah, respect opinions pls! :3
I was once a 13 year old horribly obsessed with Undertale in 2016...
Even then I knew what parts of the fandom to avoid
I feel like if Undertale’s fandom was like has it is now rather then how it was back then, then I feel like it would be in the canny section, though thankfully, I never really encountered any bad things with it came to the fandom in my experience. It was mostly positive.

I don't think it was ever meant to be more than it was. Ben Esposito had other projects he cared more about and likes to experiment with gameplay styles. He's part of a collective called Arcane Kids who made all kinds of weird and wonderful games. Ben specifically worked on Room of 1000 Snakes and Sonic Dreams Collection.
@@ShenDoodles yea I know, but I just think it would be nice to see the game come back in some way like a spin-off title. I know tattletail has some cameos/reference in Ben Esposito other games.
Poppy Playtime is probably my least favorite video game of all time and the devs only seem to make it worse by the minute

Before Poppy Playtime, Hello Neighbor is MY least favorite indie game, but yeah, I just got less hype for Poppy Playtime chapter 2.
Here's some of the fandoms that weren't listed:
-The Hollow Knight fandom, I frequently visit the r/HollowKnightMemes subreddit and the fanbase is essentially devolving further and further into insanity, they even declared a meme war on the Subnautica meme community. Although it's balanced out by the severe lack of cringe you find in most fanbases and a community that really enjoys the game and supports it as well as a very creative mod community
Rating: Depends which sector, the meme community is horribly uncanny but the rest is pretty cool
-The Genshin Impact fandom, the main community is chill but the Twitter community, they're essentially tearing themselves apart. You think the FNF drama is bad? Oh boy, they'll eat you alive just because you don't ship lesbian ships or you like a certain character because they're 'problematic'. Lovely fanart although and contrary to popular belief most of the fanbase prefer the mommies than the lolis
Rating: Worse than FNF in regards to Twitter, outside its pretty chill
-The Subnautica fandom, pretty chill must I say with some amazing modders such as the Gargantuan Leviathan mod. Similar to the Hollow Knight community, they're huge masochists that love breaking the game, making it nigh impossible or various other things
Rating: VERY canny
-The Touhou Project fandom, it's way more chill than what people think it is, infact its A Hat In Time level canny when it comes to the fanbase, so many fangames, so many fan works and just overall an incredibly dedicated, loyal and lovely group of people. Held back by the pedos in the Rule 34 community, some of those doujins are legit traumatizing, but most of the pornography is actually decent
Rating: Extremely canny when it comes to the majority
-The Deltarune fandom, massive glow up from the Undertale fandom, they've got good jokes, good music, good fanart, their obsession with Spamton and Jevil is no where near as deranged as what the Sans fans were, so it's arguably decent

-The Just Shapes and Beats fandom, so many lovely fan levels, its a shame the fandom is held back by a bit of cringe, horribly unfunny jokes and the fact that it has a rule 34 departments. Still, it's way better than what Undertale used to be
Rating: Canny
-The Project Arrhythmia fandom, basically the JSAB fandom but smaller, more creative, less porn and heavily underrated
Rating: A step of canniness above A Hat in Time previously thought impossible
Yeah bro the Hollow Knight Fandom is shper chill and relaxed
As long as you don't mention the price of the game, the lore of the game, and Silk song.
-Damn, I keep forgetting Hollow Knight still exist (and it's not forgettable lmao) and I would keep canny 2nd phase.
-At least I didn't played cuz I may be addicted Geshin Impact If I do, and I just see some haters because the fandom.
-Honestly, I'm not interested acuatic games in general, but I'm glad the Subnautica community is sane.
-Touhou would be Max canny (The eye wings thing), Bad apple video made Touhou becomes well known. Also I won't count NSFW to make it Uncanny.
-I entered Deltarune fandom, and yeah, I'm glad is very sane community.
-Yeah, Shapes and Beats is great actually. (also Wtf would make nsfw with... shapes, also NFSW still doesn't counts lol)

the geometry dash fandom, the geometry dash community is good but also very toxic, problematic and scary, I've been playing geometry dash for over 4 years and I'm part of the community too, I'm Brazilian, but I'm also part of the gringa also, and it must be that it's decaying a lot, the game hasn't updated for more than 5 years, RUclipsrs like guitarherostyles, amoraltra and others were exposed for the same reason (children) and generated a discussion not to mention that there are dumb children, in the Brazilian community there were a lot of toxic people on discord, amino and whatsapp, I think it was much worse in 2018 today it's kind of "peaceful"

@@SourceAniMaker Project Arrhythmia is basically a combination of Geometry Dash and JSAB, the game isn't out yet, only the level editor is and there is already numerous level collections in the Steam Workshop such as ol666's Black Heart story series. Infact, 99.99% of all the PA content shown on RUclips are fanmade levels. It's mega underrated though, although anybody who is in the JSAB community likely has heard of it

1:07 actually by changing a couple of settings you can text freely but you need to be over a certain age to text freely for some reason

0:53 hey bestie the company that made bendy is genuinely one of the worst messes in indie gamedev history. They had multiple cases of worker abuse, among which involved firing nearly their entire staff _just before the holidays,_ uncredited work, straight up STOLEN content (they admitted they never had an original story for bendy as a franchise pre-made, and completely mooched off fan-theories) started paid-for projects they abandoned completely, created incredibly broken or lazy gameplay in bendy itself, and in general are just. So scummy
Oh also those contests by fans are for merch that the artists aren't paid for.

You could probably put the Gacha Life community below Yandere Simulator's. The community is awful (Racism, Rape, Homophobia, Sexism, Gacha Heat, Defamation, Incest, etc.) I think even the devs themselves hate the community.
