Wow! Keep up the good work!!! I just am starting my journey and am contemplating doing a youtube rny journey journal myself, but am shy and not feeling very confident about doing so. I am so happy when I watch these because they are all a wealth of information so I know what to expect myself when I go through these things, and excited because I can't wait to join the rest of you. Keep doing what you're doing to keep bringing the weight off.

The important thing is that you are focused and progress is definitely being shown. Congrats to you and how awesome for your NSV in clothes! I can relate to stress at work filtering over into home, making it feel impossible to take a break or a lunch. I have had to really force myself into taking these times of the day to make myself a priority. Please take the time for you - you need it and even if it's just to step out of the day-mode for 10 minutes you should do that. Only you can make you a priority and you are worth it! I hope today is going better! Be good to you and stay positive. You've come so far!

We are surrounded by celebrations, holidays, birthdays, you name it! I've given up thinking I'll have a month without that. Now I just allow myself to have a bite or so here and there and try to limit it a bit. But ultimately if you just get back on track the following days you're good!!! 😘💗😘💗

so sorry you had a tough week at work. i can definitely relate to getting so busy and caught up with life that i would forget to drink water and eat. you've had great progress so far. i hope you get some rest and enjoy the weekend. for the dry patches i suggest looking for a face oil. ive felt my skin changed a lot since surgery and oils help me. being nervous about food is very normal. i had the same fears and would end up eating the same things for months
