Mai khata hu daily 7-8 baje ke bich Chana,mung dal aur pinut rat me bhigokar subhah tino ko mix karke aur 1 onion small size, 1 tomato , 3-4 cucumber slice and thod salt swad anusar. Isse body me alag hi energy ati hai ,aur ushke bad 10-11 ke bich khana khata hu 😊😊
