    मैं खाता हूँ लेकिन सिर्फ भिगो कर क्यूँकि अंकुरित chane जितना fayeda नहीं करते उससे कहीं ज्यादा नुकसान हो जाता है शरीर का इसलिए सिर्फ रात में भिगोय और सुबह kha ले tahalte tahalte अछे से chaba कर

    ate kaccha chana in break fast. Sometimes it creates gas in stomach as you said. After watched ur vedio I am gonna to eat ankurit channa.

    Mai khata hu daily 7-8 baje ke bich Chana,mung dal aur pinut rat me bhigokar subhah tino ko mix karke aur 1 onion small size, 1 tomato , 3-4 cucumber slice and thod salt swad anusar. Isse body me alag hi energy ati hai ,aur ushke bad 10-11 ke bich khana khata hu 😊😊
