Atomic Bomberman Foul Mouthed Annihilation Sudden Death 60 FPS

Current version of RES files below for instructions and links.
Currently testing and trying to adjust the soundres files to start including more cuss words and things you wouldn't otherwise have heard because they were omitted from the original load in (likely to make it more suitable for 4 year olds).
Fixed a few of my recording methodologies so now hopefully this plays back @ 60fps properly.

Instructions:
Navigate to your Atomic Bomberman Install location, then into the folders ~ DATA ~ RES
Scroll down to Either file mentioned for the pastebin above, example to start is VALUELST.RES.
Open the file with NOTEPAD
Visit the VALUELST.RES pastebin link and COPY ONLY the contents, then in the valuelst.res file opened in notepad, delete everything and then paste what you had copied into it, click file then save.
Repeat the process for the SOUNDLST.RES file to include "some" of the foul language too.
Enjoy true 60fps.
I do have a valueres file for 120fps, but truthfully, the game's animations basically become irrelevant at that frame rate on a 120hz display. Even 90fps isn't worthwhile, 60fps is already too fast for numerous animations that were designed for 20fps (game's default) in mind.
I really wish i knew how to code, would be nice to rebuild the engine and animations, as well as include proper high resolutions for widescreen support with added arena area.
