Maybe it's because it's an older crowd. Remember: Teenager/Young Adult in '86 by 2019 is around 50-60 now. Life has caught up to the crowd that followed him! LOL My dad was a Freshman in high school when Top Gun came out; since then, he's experienced life (surgeries, injuries, etc). He's not dancing too much now. XD

@@exp2tr10t Yeah that's a fair point.. they don't they have to get totally wild, but they could show some emotion by lifting their arms in air or simply clapping their hands.. or some general movement of their body, sing a long a bit or something. Some of them do though, but they are only a few.

As a teen and about to start my senior year I listen to 70s, 80s, and 90s and Kenny is my fav but I love playing with the boys and danger zone my most fav songs from him
Top Gun and DANGER ZONE are the reason I joined the Navy... sooo THANK YOU Kenny for the best twelve year of my life. And now I am going to go watch it again for the 20thish time. Second only to Star Wars. If that awesome movie had a rock song, it would have been done by this AWESOME man.

The only way “Don’t Fight It” could’ve been any better is if Steve Perry had shown up. And the Top Gun songs sound surprisingly good. Not easy songs to do live.

Looks like Tris Imboden on drums if I'm not mistaken, Tris played drums on Footloose then was drummer with Chicago for many years then went back to Kenny I believe. Awesome!

So great! I always appreciated Kenny Loggins'songs. I had already owned one compilation of him almost 20 years ago. I needed to import it from USA, for there wasn't internet like nowadays. And I repent for having sold it so cheap. It was his Greatest Hits. I would love to know and chat this great singer of America, and even learning how to sing so well as him. May God willing he reads this comment.

The guy singing Steve Perry's part in "Don't Fight It" sounded pretty good. I bet he could sing some Journey songs and sound a lot like Steve Perry.
Way better than that thing Journey has now! We seen them in 2011 every song you could tell it was Steve Perrys voice, little dude couldn't hang. They've been back several times but I'd never pay money to see Journey again!!!!
@@terriunderwoodmeredith2452 really?!? I see them in Columbus a month ago and Arnel brought down the house. His voice is powerful but it’s also his own. He single-handedly kept the band alive because Perry’s voice simply can be recreated. Each song was worth the price of the ticket alone in my opinion. I get that you may have some bias because you grew up with a face that’s no longer with the band, but c’mon, bands always change and Journey is still alive and well

You mean, like that F-5 they were calling "the MiG"? Yeah, lol.
@@Roderick_Legato I’m an aviation nerd so I knew right away the F-5 was an American plane. But it still looked pretty badass with the black paint job. Hollywood also didn’t have access to Soviet aircraft back then. But now it’s much easier with CGI or former Soviet countries donating their planes.

Fantastic performance of three classic Loggins rock songs. Extremely well done.
“Pooh Corner audience”. Haha. Yeah it does seem like audiences who are middle aged (and older) are either too afraid or don’t know how to rock out anymore. 🎸🤘 I’m 51 and still luv all of Kenny’s fast paced material from the 80’s. Not just the movie tracks but his albums as well.
@@coolcat6303 Heck... I saw Kenny Loggins in concert back in 1977 and TOTALLY rocked out then! I am 66 now and can still rock out to Kenny Loggins with the best of all you younger folks!! I think it's partly what keeps me feeling young!! 🤪🤪🤪
