Review the injection molding process and understand flow behavior of thermoplastics in injection molds, both of which are critical for proper use of Autodesk Simulation Moldflow.
Really appreciate this, worked as a resin handler for a few years, then mold setter for a few, now doing all three, this will help a lot learning the process side. Thanks a lot!
I've doing injection molding for 24 years and your videos are spot on 🤘👍but.....remember...fill cavities at 85 to 88%... injection speed may vary as opsted to over molding a insert with inadequate venting at en of fill. I argue with my tooling shop all the time. Vent...vent...vent. PP At .50 injection spd
Thank you. It is very interesting and helpful video. I need to know also how could I re install a program of the injection machine if it is crashed or failed down ???
Hope u have a back up disk or other storage device with the program. The problem most machines have is half or the memory will be the program files for the machine 0 locations and such for the machine to know how to move and such. The other half is a rewritable memory that has the part data. With a sudden drop in power this memory maybe lost. So sadly if it's gone it's gone

Excelent video!! Nice and easy to understand!
Thank you this presentation is excellent
Got a new mold setter apprentice at my job. They also do processing. This video helped me understand a little more. Thanks
Thank you for sharing this great content video with us!!!

easy to understand. good work
very useful, thanks a lot
This video is really amazing. Thank you!
this was the best IM video out there. Could anyone please kindly share the slides?
Thank you very much! It's really a nice course!
Thank you for using normal English this has helped me understand
What does normal English mean?
great video
Is there any autodesk software for injection process plastic flow analysis? Does moldflow have an educational version?

I was looking for to make a part less that 15 inches round 2 inchs high. Do you make them?
Love to see husky injection machines operations

Educative

With the "Line Pressure" you forgot the closing time!
Nice
Wow
ทำไมมันจำยากจริงๆ
How to calculate clamping force....... Give answer with an example
P=F/A P should be max. injection pressure(MPa)during filling, A should be total projected area (cm2), F=...tonne
hi, thanks, it's really useful. could u give me your powerpoint file, please?
plzz plzz
bro plz make video on die making
