As 'Meridians' is all about differing journeys and crossing barriers, the idea of a one-shot take seemed fitting and was something that I always wanted to try! Massive thanks to my director and friend Kyle Roberts and the whole crew at the studio for recording this piece. Greyson is so underrated, he deserves so much more, he has so much talented, he always surprise me, his music is beautifully magical, his love to music is amazing, but I know that he doesn't need any award or nomination to be "talented", being famous is very different from being an artist, he IS a truly artist, fame don't define anything, it's kind of sad because music industry is very sold and fake nowadays, they need more of this, more people like Greyson, more people that make music for the ears and not for the eyes, he doesn't need any background dancers or special effects to impact and put on a great performance, I can't really explain how proud I am for this guy, I love and admire him so intensely much, I wish for the day where I can have a talk with him, he's so different from another guys of his age, so mature and passionated, his work is magical, It's all I can't say...thank you so much for sharing your talent and passion with us, I really appreciate it♡

Wow. First video i've seen of yours since Paparazzi back in 10th grade. Still so amazed by your talent.
When this video was filmed, it seems to be when Greyson was "merging" between his boyish/slightly chubby phase from Ellen to his first album (2010-2011), to "portraits" and his singles that came thereafter (2019-2020). It was before he got anorexia, and after he basically went entirely through puberty.
It's crazy to look at Greyson 10 years ago to now. He looks like an entirely different person. The only way you can tell that they're the same person is from his defining facial features and especially his smile.
He's taken such a journey, and I can't wait to see what music this amazing artist comes up with next

All I can say is that he's still the same guy I love when I was in 5th grade (I'm 9th grade in June. just sayin). He's amazing as always even though his voice changed. Also, I had goosebumps the entire video.

Iccir Maer I am in the same position as you. I remember listening to his old songs all the time when I was younger. However, after a year or so, I stopped listening to him. Recently, I saw a video about him, which I had happened to run across. I found he had released this and..he's grown. He's still our Greyson, and we still will love him. Sure, he is different, but his music is still as beautiful as ever.

let all take the time to acknowledge how puberty hit him like a bus? because his voice got extremely deep and I literally almost threw my laptop when I first heard this song I wasn't expecting in voice to be this deep, like whoaaaa he really grew up, like seriously. But anyways, he need to be acknowledged. He seriously has a talent like no other. A lot of artist who come out when their super young like he did, when they get older and go through puberty they don't know how to handle it, and they don't sound good. But Greyson is one of the few to still sound good no matter how high or deep his voice is. LIke that's so amazing. He need to be back up there where he belongs he's truly amazing.
I think I forgot to breathe listening to this. I was so hooked it is such a stunning vocal performance and the sound quality has so much depth. This really knocks spots off many so called artists who could never sing and play like that. Truly outstanding!

My sweet little boy all grown up! I'm only a year and a couple of months older than him, but I remember feeling proud of this kid ever since Paparazzi. I was always amazed by his voice and now that I hadn't listened to him for a long time and I find this I am just speechless. I need to listen more from him. I feel so proud of you, Greyson

But I'm big time fangirling over this boy. I definitely agree that he should get more attention than he does. He has some serious talent. When you see all these singers who just sing songs that are written for them or do covers it doesn't tell me anything.

I watched his talent show video with him singing "Paparazzi" back when it started to boom. My cousin showed it to me, and even though I never went gaga over stars or singers, I was still so mesmerized by his voice and piano. I don't know why, but I suddenly thought of that video, so I looked it up and came across this. Even now, I am still so caught by his performance. I really, really love this guy's voice and piano playing. He is so talented! I literally cannot right now, I sound so solemn and stuff, ahaha. I am so happy to see that he still sings; definitely going to keep listening to him!! :)

It feels like an instant classic, and his voice is maturing into one of the best solo male vocals we've heard in a long time. His unconventional style and structure is SO appealing compared to the repetitive nonsense on Top 40. He's a beautiful young man, inside and out.
