I used to LOVE horror movies. Like demons and everything loved it. As soon as I found Jesus again, I instantly had no desire to watch those movies. It’s amazing
same!! I tried building up a tolerance to horror movies years ago (for some strange reason) and LOVED paranormal movies, true crime and all things dark.
Now I can’t imagine going back to that. It’s a conviction that I’d describe as.. sticky? Like the moment you invite that into your life, other dark spiritual things will stick to you because you’re reaching for it.

I’m 12:25 in and I just wanted to say: My mother in law grew up seeing things, knowing things, and feeling things. For example, if somebody close to her is pregnant or about to die, she will dream of fish or feel like she herself is dying. Not the specific person, but she knows it’s coming, or when people touch her she suddenly knows a lot about them. She used to think she was a witch because people told her she was. She fell Into witchcraft and called herself a white witch. The gift that God have her to see and feel the spirit realm Satan tried to take and pervert and make evil. After her son and I got saved we took her to church where she ultimately gave her life. Now she uses her gift to help others by guiding them in Jesus name🩵 It’s probably one of the greatest things I’ve done, share the gospel with her. It’s so crazy how God took everything she went through and not only fully redeemed it, but gave her a story to stand on and help others. God bless you both 🩵

I had sleep paralysis the other night and it was a dark figure on top of me pushing me down into the bed from my back and it kept saying “ YES YES YES” over and over and I stayed calm and said in my mind God please help me. And then I regained the strength to get up and it was gone…… haven’t had it in years.
I used to manifest over crystals instead of God. After I got closer to God and now a follower of Jesus, I was started to have sleep paralysis for the first time! It happened 3 times in 1 week. I got scared and I would call on Jesus’s name to help me and then I finally snapped out of it. I told my church about my story and they said, your crystals are attached to spirits that could be bad. The enemy is angry that I’m getting closer to God so they’re trying to mess with me in my sleep. They told me to throw them away and they prayed over me. They also said to keep all doors open and put olive oil on walls and doors and rebuke any spirit and anything enemy that isn’t God. they also said to pray while doing so. I did and had a huge headache. I still have headache till this day but I sleep better and I haven’t had sleep paralysis so far 🙏🏼 GOD IS GOOOD
Oh my gosh I had this same experience about a month after I started following Christ. That is so crazy.

I was told by people n family that I had the gift, because I had dreams n visions so I started getting into cards n reading people but lil did I know is that the gift that God gave me it was actually to serve him n people tried to dragged me into all the evil world. But I opened the bible and God opened my eyes to the truth and set me free 🙏
I really really enjoyed this episode, it was wild listening to her explain almost exactly what I went thru when i was younger. I converted to Catholicism after years of horrible behavior and I feel like the people who have experienced true evil and demonic behavior who have a strong conversion to Jesus Christ as their lord and savior are usually the ones shouting from the rooftops that it is SO important to guard your mind, body, and spirit. We need more of this, she is so brave for telling the Truth.
No because when I was in my most depressed point in my life tell me why the song on repeat was one from twilight, and that was the song that “made me feel good” when I was sad; like sad combating the sad. Now when I listen to it, my mind literally goes back to that state. After watching this I know it was absolutely demonic and it was Satan influencing me. Praise the Lord I’m saved.

Earlier today I was going to get my car washed and I open my consul to get my quarters and started feeding them into the machine when I realized I didn’t have enough quarters. I went back this time deeper into my consul to find more spare change low and behold I found some old crystals that I bought from a new age store a few years ago (BC haha) that I forgot were even in my car. When I had the thought of throwing them out/burning them. I felt intense pushback from the enemy. At the car wash I was mad because I thought I got scammed because I didn’t have enough money and it wouldn’t give me my change back but now I’ve realized that God was looking out for me today. This is a reminder to look in your house/apartment/car, because you never know what you might find and TOSS it!

I love the conversation at the beginning of the pod about the verse in Romans that says how we are adopted by the Lord. To that, I say wow! How loving and merciful is our God that before we find the Lord; we are lost. Abandoned children wandering and longing for a parent but looking in all of the wrong places, doing and saying things that are binding our hearts with evil, yet He still meets us where we are with arms wide open, ready to deliver us and protect us and save us. God is SO good!
the way i relate to being addicted to watching the twilight movies. what the freak is in those. it’s scary. now that i’ve gotten closer to jesus i’ve been given that discernment. thank the lord

Gosh yeah a mega baptist church in Riverside,CA made a whole series (and even wrote a book) about the enneagram and it’s supposed benefits. I remember holding on to the labels they would give us based on that survey. Thank God the Lord set me free from that
Was it Sandals? I used to attend there when I lived in CA for a long time but then there was this moment where I felt like they totally veered off in a different direction. I was not shocked when I saw the enneagram was being promoted there.

Bananas that you brought up Twilight!! I know it sounds nuts, especially as a 45 yr old woman, but I started watching those as a freaking adult and became weirdly obsessed with it. I was watching clips anytime they popped up on social media, watching the movies, etc. and while I don’t necessarily KNOW that the movies themselves are demonic or anything but they were definitely a demonic tool in the hands of the enemy. It was a distraction to keep me from seeking God. So stoked to see your generation going hard for Jesus. Gives me hope for my 16 year old, who loves Jesus, but is far too interested in the things of this world.

I used to see those things too and i never really knew what they were and at first i was scared of them but eventually it became my new normal.
I was told to do inner child work God answered my prayer of me asking if I should do this or not God answered my prayers through this video ❤

Also to add to the zodiac sign part. There were mulitple psychological reserches done in the 19s about it debunking it. The one I learned about was about a study group which to they gave 1 persons monthly zodiac thingy. No one knew that everyone was reading the same thing. And they were told to read it, and to answer a couple of questions. They were asked how many of them could relate to this monthly predection thingy (idk whats it called) and 60-70% said yes, also mostly women. Obviously these people had different zodiac signs. And then they were told that they all read the same thing. Everyone is able to find something in a text that they could relate to if they are looking for it. Also this is on video, it's probably up on the internet

I can so relate I share a little bit on my channel but I go around telling my story to others I tried writing a book but it's to much from escaping away from a church colt and everything and breaking generational curses. I used to google everything and try to figure out why I can see things and hear things and boy did I run into the wrong open doors, stay away from tarot, crystals, psych readings just run bro. I used to study astrology and Capricorn this and that but man it's all demonic and I am glad I know now and I met Jesus and he saved me from death honestly and also there's a thing called kundalini it's like something that mocks prophets or like the holy spirit.

I was in first grade when a same-aged friend said, "Let's be blood brothers" and as I remember it she said that the American Indians did that. I thought it sounded good, all except for the cutting oneself and the blood. I know I didn't really cut myself and she probably didn't really cut herself either -- no blood was visible -- but we pretended to do it anyway. I wonder how she got introduced to that at such a young age. I don't know if I ever even saw her again. (That was like 64 years ago!)

1. The two-part series is a little bit demotivating to be honest. I could easily have watched the entire podcast. 2. I used to read tarot cards. Tarot cards are read by inviting a demon to tell you lies. More importantly, the zodiac is on each card and is read WITH the zodiac. That is not to say that this means it is real - that is to say that it is actually satanic. The zodiac belongs to satan. You do not want to know what satan wants you to know. It's a lie.
