As a agency owner i can say that the AI is really wonderful in designing with a single prompt so iam saying that if you are ahead in creatity and speed compared to AI yes you will have a good role but speed and interactive ad design is must like the viewer have to stop and have to click on ad that directly depends on designer

But, you can work with traditional agencies/ design agencies like Schbang. Or you can start your niched design agency- for YT thumbnails or ads design
