In this AMAZING video we are going to model, animate, light, set up an environment, add materials, and RENDER out an animation for a mockup skincare product. We'll do it all from scratch teaching you all sorts of fun tips and trick along the way. This video is BEGINNER FRIENDLY! But.. if it's truly your first time in Blender I recommend watching some videos about the interface first.

What I like the most about your videos is that you show us on the screen the keyboard shortcuts. That way, we learn faster. Thank you so much for your time and dedication🎉😊
Hey, i have completed this tutorial, got to learn many new things and made the final animation...the only problem is that the animation you showed at start had infinite water, but in tutorial you did not show how to do that. I really want water to show till end. Can you tell me how you did that?
Derek has no competition when it comes to teaching blender you're the most remarkable instructor ever on RUclips
agreed, actually practical tutorials that are not simplified and explained very clearly, and giving enogh room for creativity and freedom
From today I'm launching the challenge of redoing all your tutorials, it's always a delight
Derek, you are the best blender teacher on whole youtube
He's always clear on all his tutorials, aside from that he's voice is calming 😂
@@JaydenMediaX YEA his voice is something beautiful
Exactly my point 🔥🔥
I think my favorite blender creators are Derek and Polyfjord
No doubt 🎉
Good afternoon from Nigeria, love your tutorial very detailed. Thank you, just have one request please what ChatGPT app did you use or will recommend for label designing. Thank you so much
Now that's one premium ultra moisture tutorial right there.

that was really beginner friendly loved the last part where it was little bit complicated but very educational...
As I first started to get used with blender it was v2.79 and I remember how much I hated the (G)UI. But as v2.8 came out nthings changed greatly and I discovered your channel. I remember how fun it was to create 3d objects on a certain professional level. I did take a 2 year break from 3d modeling and now I am trying to get back at it. It's crazy to think we already have @blender v4.0 and nothing really has changed since 2.8 (atleast UI wise, glad so, I love the UI and know where everything is located). Glad to be back. Thanks Derek.
Hello, 8:50 I add keyframes, but the camera does not go on that line. It is only there at frame 250. Why?

Derek, You can better use the screencast keys add-on instead of editing what you are typing.. Think this could help you....

"shift + N" nothing change?!
Another great explanation 👏👏👏
When you have rendered out the animation, do you do any work on it outside of Blender like in Devinci resolve to edit and and music. Do you have videos showing that process 🙂
can you tell me What was the illustrator artboard settings or export settings i m having trouble with the PNG.
You are a blessing! So informative and entertaining. Thank you!

Great tutorial!! I'm facing an animation problem... I have a finished camera path animation and afterwards i want to make the path longer without loosing my timing and keyframes I did before. due to the follow path offset factor deals with a specific percentage in order to the length of the path.. Does someone have any suggestions how to work with that issue?
Having a blast watching your tutorials. 💯🔥
Thank you again Derek, I've learned lot from your tutorials in very short time. keep up the good work.

Thank you for this breakdown, im switching from cinema 4d to blender, and this video help me a lot to know all the steps from sratch, a bit messeup at the end with all the nodes an materiales haha, but hey, thats because its all new to me. Would love to see more of these type of videos, can you make a similar one with a beverage can ad? Would be awesome!
Yeah! Been wanting to do a can!
@@DerekElliott Awesome! You are the best!
Thanks so much - awesome tutorial !
Great Tutorial. Amazing Work !!
Transparency over 1? Ah yeah, you have to know the rules, to know how to break them :) Looks awesome, even if it breaks physics.
For the black lines on the glass material, there is an advanced trick with the lightpath node. There you can count the internal reflections, and if they reach the render limit you can switch the shader to simple transparent one with no refraction. Because sometimes you can't get away with just flipping the geometry. THe lightpath node is sometimes essential for rendering glass in architectural renders without killing the performance or relying on those doomed caustics.
Thank you for the insight of how you composite the scene, that's where I have to learn and get better, and i picked up some "feelings" about it. Mission accomplished.
Greetings fro Germany
Very true with the light pathing!

Thank you for your VDO. I followed you step by step but the problem is my computer often stuck. Would you recommend the specs of the computer you use for 3D animation, please? 🥹
