It's good to see you again - I wondered where you had gotten to. 🤗 Did you know that you can get the russets cheaper if you do 10 bags of 5lb each? They are a little smaller, but it helps to save where possible. 🥔🥔🥔 I've been buying the 5lb bags of mango, but they go so quickly that I am thinking of going bigger and getting that savings. ♥ We use the peppermints for car sickness as well. I am curious to hear how you like the lemon ones - we haven't tried those yet. 😊

Shipping cost is the main reason, but because I order so much Azure brand items, part of my shipping cost is taken care of because of that for the next time I order. We stopped buying spices from azure because if you look at the countries of origin, they include China, India, etc.there is no way they can ensure those products are organic

My naturopath has me on 2 capsules of Red yeast rice+Co-Q10 from Jarrow. 1 Tablet 500mg Niacin tablet slow release. Start slow with niacin bc it will make you tingle. Cut Tablet in small chunks.
