    I want to thank you for all your help. I got my part ordered yesterday. Don’t know why my plumber had so much trouble but my toilet hasn’t worked for several months. I will highly recommend recommend OVE

    After flushing the bowl does not fill up with water, 🤔😞 Help? How do I fix?

    Replaced to solenoid, but now after the flush the bowl remains completely dry. No long a small amount of water in bowl prior to use. The small amount of water in the bowl kept the feces from sticking to the bowl and preventing cleaning after every use. OIs there a way to adjust?

    Do you have information on where to buy the flush valve like this. I don’t have a manual to get part number.

    Where can you get the silanoid ? My has a problem similar and our plumber has tried to order it from the company but they keep telling him that they moved their warehouse and are behind. We have been waiting for over 10 months

      Every time he calls they transfer him to parts department and they say the warehouse has been moved and they are so far behind. If you can give me a call the part number I will try to call them. I have only had mine for 18 months and love it but this is definitely a problem. Thank you

    I installed the new solenoid and I still cannot get the seat to turn on. Is there a possible fuse or electric issue with the seat itself?

    Well. We just spent 2 days trying every 5x trick out there when the bowl would not clean or fill. It did flush. But that was it. We ended a frustrating night giving up and leaving a note for my user friends.
    TOILET MALFUNCTIONING. PLS. NO SOLIDS. WILL FLUSH ONLY LIQUID... and went to bed. I used it in the morning. Stood up only to hear a full swirl flush beginning. IT WAS FIXED!!! So be patient. It seems unplugging the black *A* plug (See manual) 5x may be the answer for some.
