This was a very informative video, now I know more about deers and their origin and species count. (I guessed the region of the southern pudu (the pudu puda) correct!(It was Argentina and Chile)) Thank you deer, best regards!
I love the Barasingha. I always get confused with them being called swamp deer which i believe is a nickname basically right? Barasingha is the true name if im remembering correctly other than the scientific name of course. Thanks for video definitely learned some new deer species.
photo shown for Mazama rufina is Mazama americana; photo for Pudu mephistophiles is a Mazama rufina; first photo for Ozotoceros bezoarticus is a Blastocerus dichotomus (this species is the Marsh Deer, Ozotoceros is the Pampas deer);
the best part is that all mistakes can be fixed. I am sure you can ask experts to validate old world species photographs. Still, the effort is appreciated.
Moose 0:58
Wapiti/Elk 5:22
Red Deer 5:38
Caribou 9:44
White-Tailed Deer 13:52
Well done. Much appreciated. You took the time to collect all the data and presented nicely for the future.
Thanks for your comment.
The key is having patience for perfection

You're welcome

You left out the black tail dear ....or maybe I just missed it
He lumped it in with the mule deer.
Great😉😆
I notice that you did not include the black-tail deer. I suppose you lumped them in with the muleys.
I mean they are sub-species so I guess
Where was the Blacktail deer
Music for the video?

True. It was really hard to make this video. So i'm not gonna deny that mistakes aren't possible.

You forgot the black tailed deer.
Neither the Indian sambar nor the hog deer is vulnerable or endangered in India. The sambar is now about as numerous as the chital (axis axis).
Rusa Timorensis goes way further to the East
Wapiti is an Elk, Muntjac in my Language is Kijang
The more you know! (About deer)
Tufted deer is an only deer species to have fangs!
not the only one, the Chinese water deer also has fangs, and longer ones.
@@javbar68 whoa! That’s incredible!
