It's not that easy to think about those things when you angry because it will consume you very fast and you tend to act before you think, but simple thinking like Okayu's smiling face is good, I just discover Hololive recently and they quickly become my Joy in life, whatever hardship I may encounter, just thinking about them make me happy and less stress
