He is seal-clubbing low-level players, most of whom visibly have no idea what they're doing, yet still doesn't show even the occasional loss that MUST happen (from overleveled phantoms, lag, etc., if nothing else). Why do you think that is?

The consecutive attack build is just crazy. There were a couple times when somebody only got hit by the followup R2 of the Sword of Night wombo combo and it still did 1500 damage on its own.
Please, Chase or someone, put together a greatest kills montage. It would get millions of views. The crazy bow shots off cliffs. The fadeaway pot throw kills. The triple kills on 1hp. In addition, I want to see sneaky use of Dragonbolt Blessing to surprise people with weapon bounce, and also because it gets a theme going.

I have a set up for the deflecting hard tear with some other ''interesting stuff'', so the talismans would be: two handed, spear, curved, and dragoncrest shield talisman with a sword lance infused with royal knights resolve (for the running heavy and unusual damage), my sword lance is sacred infused with 60 faith, and uh the other stats can be changed but mine are 60 vigor, 30 mind, 25 endurance, 60 strenght, the other other can be changed, doesnt matter edit: this build is lvl 200 i just forgot to say the other stats as their not really important, but it can be optimized for various needs

I'm surprised you didn't show the claws of night some love with this build. They're arguably better than the sword, with the range provided by the R2s and the even more range and insane (if a bit inconsistent) damage of the AoW...and that's without a bleed proc. And I almost forgot, R1 is a thing too, and for some unknown reason these things have almost the same AR as the sword...except they're claws, so there's 2 of them, and it's the claws moveset, so it's basically like the sword's initial R2, with basically no delay between swings. Literally a moonveil tier weapon, except it actually feels fun to use
That was a beautiful triple kill. I would love to see now a 99 Strength build for invasions, maybe something nasty like Heavy Rusted Anchor + Braggart's Roar Pirate build?
I've been playing a bit more with the Gavel of Haima. I don't think you get any true combos there, but after the first move, any other spell can be cast without delay. I think it has plenty of roll-catch potential. It's quite nice to follow up with Aspects of the Crucible: Tail (it covers a large area when fully charged) or Horns for a catch-up/mix-up. I believe there are plenty of follow-ups you can figure out. Playing with the Aspects of the Crucible reminded me of something else, though. Did you know that you can extend the range of certain spells with the Arrow's Reach Talisman? Rock Sling, Ambush Shard, and Aspects of the Crucible: Bloom are particularly interesting. The latter two can be used to target enemies without line of sight, as long as you can maintain lock-on long enough to finish casting. So maybe you could consider a casting/archery hybrid for some fun ambushes. Or perhaps just a caster build that swaps to the Arrow's Reach when needed? You can definitely surprise people with pokes for a few hundred damage while they think they're very safe ;)

I'm surprised you didn't show the claws of night some love with this build. They're arguably better than the sword, with the range provided by the R2s and the even more range and insane (if a bit inconsistent) damage of the AoW...and that's without a bleed proc. And I almost forgot, R1 is a thing too, and for some unknown reason these things have almost the same AR as the sword...except they're claws, so there's 2 of them, and it's the claws moveset, so it's basically like the sword's initial R2, with basically no delay between swings. Literally a moonveil tier weapon, except it actually feels fun to use

I've been playing a bit more with the Gavel of Haima. I don't think you get any true combos there, but after the first move, any other spell can be cast without delay. I think it has plenty of roll-catch potential. It's quite nice to follow up with Aspects of the Crucible: Tail (it covers a large area when fully charged) or Horns for a catch-up/mix-up. I believe there are plenty of follow-ups you can figure out.
Playing with the Aspects of the Crucible reminded me of something else, though. Did you know that you can extend the range of certain spells with the Arrow's Reach Talisman?
Rock Sling, Ambush Shard, and Aspects of the Crucible: Bloom are particularly interesting. The latter two can be used to target enemies without line of sight, as long as you can maintain lock-on long enough to finish casting. So maybe you could consider a casting/archery hybrid for some fun ambushes.
Or perhaps just a caster build that swaps to the Arrow's Reach when needed? You can definitely surprise people with pokes for a few hundred damage while they think they're very safe ;)
