I have Jetta mk6 with no tpms reset button .. I have coded it to work with abs indirect tpms .. but when it’s on I can’t turn off only with Vcds cable… So I did make it on cluster mfd and added tier pressure When hit store it says could not store Is ther away to mak it work???
You can replace it with LED light, but I recommend you to get it done in authorised service center to avoid any warranty issue. And yes it may cost a high amount
Hi, I can see that the alert in your taigun shows pressure loss in like right rear tyre while my taigun doesn't shows that. It only shows alert mentioning pressure loss detected.
When it detects pressure loss in a single tire, it shows the particular tire name. In case of multiple tires it doesn’t mention the tire name. I get both types of warning. In both case i get checked all the tires. 😊
There’s no way to check exact tyre pressure in psi in any variant of Taigun. As a best option you need to install TPMS from JK Tyre TREEL or Sensairy brands.
Hi, What’s the recommended tire pressure for Kushaq with 4-5 adults? As mentioned on the driver side door sticker, the front tire pressure should be 36 and the rear tire 48psi . However, I think 34 on front tires and 36 on rear should be good? What’s your opinion?
Yes. The tire pressure recommended for full load is on a higher side. Feels so bumpy. You can keep it as 34 and 36 or even 36 and 38 for front and rear tires respectively. I personally use 36-38 one.
Hello ! You can’t do it yourself or from service center. Some third party vendors do software modifications (name it as Coding) for it. But again I don’t have any solid proof if it will void warranty
Please check this which is done by coding Lock Unlock Sound in Taigun, Virtus, Kushaq and Slavia - Expectation 😊 and Reality 😠 ruclips.net/user/shortsM9Gxyyq9UCk?feature=share
Hi Directshift Team I have Kushaq for me even when tyre pressure is low in 1 tyre( 33 psi for 3 tyres and 22 for 1) i am still not getting any alert, service centre says it will come only when car is driven with atleast 60km/hr for atleast 8-10 kms. How can I ensure if it working fine or there is some fault? Thanks in advance!
Being frank, this TPMS system is not an active type, so we can’t depend on it fully. Although what service centre told is not true. Better keep checking the tires once in a or two weeks. If you really need a TPMS with accurate reading there are so many third party device available which can be installed without worrying about warranty issues
Bro....i am not at all getting any TPMS error now a days even pressure lost in all the tires...asked service center but they are asking its not accurate and some times it happens...can you suggest in it...is this is the same for every car
Yes. It’s not accurate. Even on sudden puncture it won’t show any notifications. But still it works. If tire pressure decreases to a certain psi let than the psi you set, it shows notifications
@DirectShift All thanks to you. Your videos helped me so much in understanding my first new car 🚗 Taigun gt plus dsg- ventilated. If possible, please make videos on engine oil level, washer water level , how to check oil and washer water etc in Taigun dsg. Thanks 😊
Salvia has 33 for all tyres when driver n one passenger.. And 41 front 48 rear when fully occupied. Which I feel is too high but company must have given it a thought
Brother...i have slavia...I got the warning as check condition of all tire pressures but it didn't showed for which tyre exactly the pressure lost like you showed in the video...let me know how it works or is there an issue with my system ?
Sometime it doesn't show the warning for any particular tire. In such case you need to check pressure in all tires. You needn't to be worry, your TPMS system is working perfectly fine. I also get similar types of warning sometimes.
@@DirectShift Thank you brother and one more query--- does it shown warnings for more than 1 tyre any time for you for example Like left rear tyre and right front tyre at a time ...suspecting that if the pressure loss is only for one tyre it will show the exact tyre info else it says check for all tyres . ...what's say ?
I understand your point. I haven't seen such warning message till now. I guess it shows warning for either single tire or all tire. Logically it should be correct, because there will be rare or no case when 2 or 3 tires out of 4 will have pressure loss. And in such case obviously we will get checked the pressure for all tires. Hope it helps
In some other high end cars , the information regarding pressure in each tyre will be shown separately. In Skoda Kushal and VW taigun, the tyre pressure will be shown in the sell phone linked to the car
Dear all, no sensors available in Slavia tyre, TPMS is not working properly, this depends on software algorithm only. If system detects any unbalanced then generate alarm. This is totally fake system from VW and Skoda. If anyone having different opinions please post

Mine is Taigun High line mt.
Can improve its headlights so that I can go at night on highway.

How to check 🛞 pressure monitor in VW Taigun Comfortline base variant? Please explain?

They also have an active tpms that comes as an accessory, but it doesn’t integrate with the infotaintsystem.
Good going brother
Thanks brother
nice video...
Thank you ☺️

Even my virtus doesn't show any notification even though my tire got deflated by 4 5 psi
Thanks

All my pleasure 😇 Congratulations for your first car 🚗 Yes. That video is in my list of next videos 😊
What are the recommended tyre pressures for VW virtus can anyone help out ?
It’s 33 psi for all tires. You can get details from the sticker pasted near the door inside cabin
Salvia has 33 for all tyres when driver n one passenger.. And 41 front 48 rear when fully occupied. Which I feel is too high but company must have given it a thought
In my Virtus it’s showing pressure loss detected but it’s not informing about which tire there is a pressure loss
It mentions a particular tire when a single tire loses pressure. For multiple tire pressure loss, it shows to check all tires
Brother...i have slavia...I got the warning as check condition of all tire pressures but it didn't showed for which tyre exactly the pressure lost like you showed in the video...let me know how it works or is there an issue with my system ?

Yes, that’s active TPMS, where you can see exact pressures in each tires.
Dear all, no sensors available in Slavia tyre, TPMS is not working properly, this depends on software algorithm only. If system detects any unbalanced then generate alarm.
This is totally fake system from VW and Skoda.
If anyone having different opinions please post
It uses the ABS sensor along with some algorithm to function which is obviously unreliable
Waste of money basic features are missing like wireless Google map
Milage also very bad
Worst tpms , fully useless
