It’s not just about diet, training, and nunchucks. Bruce Lee must have read hundreds of books on philosophy, martial arts, etc. He got himself into the right mindset for fighting, he trained his mind too.

I love bruce lee. grew up watching his movies. i'm 44 now, bruce lee is still awesome. nobody like him and probably will never be. the guy was amazing.
Of course that will never be anyone like Bruce Lee because bruton because there will never be another Eric horvath and there will never be another me Anthony Brown each and every person in this world is unique I'm 42 years old probably the biggest Bruce Lee fan you will ever meet and I grew up with the knowledge that Bruce Lee is the most awesome guy in the universe because he allowed me an outsider of Asian culture to learn the beauty of martial arts and he showed all other martial arts that it's okay for us Americans and French and Jews and anyone who was an Asian to learn the culture in the beauty of Korea of China Japan Thailand and in point of fact martial arts did not even come from any of those places it originated in India if it wasn't for the Indians Bodie Dharma to be exact there would be no martial arts anywhere else well there would be no Shaolin Kung Fu

Bruce lee was super human. And amazing teacher.
We can all learn a lot of from this video. The consistency, the discipline, devotion to attention to family and friends, constant learning and the reflection in the end. No wonder he accomplished so much despite leaving us so young.

Wow it’s so good to see the most legendary person (bruce lee) is still carrying on. Im 21. I’ve watched all his series more than once he has enlightened me, motivated me into his fighting skills, i really want to go to his martial arts, id love to go to see bruce lee’s grave. I knew the moment I watched my first Bruce Lee movie at age 9 there was something special about Bruce Lee. Of course at that age I wasn’t for sure what it was but again it was special. It’s a blessing to see young men such as yourself and women keeping the spirit of Bruce Lee alive. 💯

Something I noticed after awhile, is that Bruce Lee was using a nunchaku with a longer chain. This is more typical of a Filipino nunchaku, which makes sense, because Dan Inosanto introduced the nunchaku to Bruce.
I have been a Bruce Lee fan since I was four years old. Bruce was the best martial artist to ever live. Thank you for keeping his name out there. I really enjoyed your video keep going.

Nice brother, I'm a 3rd in wu-shu, studied wing Chung and jkd for almost 7 years now. I learned the nun chuckas in 3 months and in close to a year , like I've been using them for a couple of years. I never thought I could learn them to the point of being more than average with them but Bruce just amazed me when I was a kid with them and as a adult still so I went for it. I popped myself just below my right eye my first week learning them and a few pops to my shoulders, it's not usual the first weapon of choice to learn, you must respect them to the fullest. Great video, you got a new subscriber. Oh Bruce didn't break his back he ruptured his L4 and L5 sacre nerves in his lower back doing good mornings which is a back killer, then unfortunately between the over training and cortisone shots he took for pain, 3-4 times a week which is insane for almost 3 years before adrenal crises took him. Rip Bruce , the best of the very best. I'm 46 and Bruce's training is completely unreal and I ran track and played punt returner and cornerback in college, my 40 time was 4.34 seconds in the 40 yard dash and let me say this, all that was a walk in the park compared to how Bruce trained, i don't know how the man did it, especially with the lack of sleep. His passion just super ceded all obstacles.

Hey man, this is really helpful. I'm not too bulked but yet I have a goal of slow progression. Slow and steady wins the race. Seems like we're only two years apart. lol
Dude - I'm 53 now started ☯️ age 7. All the big bulky lads turned lazy and fat !
Their muscle turned to tires, bingo wings and saggy backsides.
Because at some point in their lives they possibly had no opportunity to keep training and that bulk is now a lifelong stress on their health 🤔
Stay lean !, I've had serious injuries in my time but my whole fitness has never left me and because of less body mass my body has stayed lean 💪 I've got an 8 pack 🤣 & muscles in my little fingers 🤣.
Swimming, healthy diet, consistent training "Kizen !". If you can't do Kung Fu, practice Karate or Aikido or Judo (very good base/saved my life rolling after a motorbike accident .

damn. I remember using nunchaku when I was a kid. Don't think It's not allowed anymore with anyone under 16 but I used to train with weapons at my local dojo on saturdays from the age of 12. Got pretty good at it too. It was not training for combat but more for fitness and discipline. Always used the upper grip. Lower grip is so dangerous and takes real mastery to not kill yourself. Nevermind sustain injuries.
