We are always updating our blog!
When summer comes around, we get an itch to make a watermelon dessert. So we made this watermelon treat with a little help from a melon. It was surprisingly easy. Give this recipe a try with your kids over summer vacation.
Recipe
1. Cut out a middle segment of the watermelon at a thickness of your choice. Use a mold or knife to remove it from the rind.
2. Cut a 1.5cm segment from the watermelon piece you cut in step 1 and put lay it inside the ring of watermelon rind you also made in step 1. Put it in the refrigerator.
Make the mousse.
3. Add 10g of gelatin powder to 60cc water and let it soak.
4. Whip 100c (100g) fresh cream to 70% until it's the consistency of yogurt.
5. Add in 150g yogurt and roughly stir.
6. Add 100c of Melon Calpis and roughly stir.
7. Add 100c milk and stir.
8. Throw the water and gelatin powder from step 3 into the microwave for 20 seconds set at 600w to dissolve the gelatin. (Do not let it boil)
9. Mix the water from step 8 into the cream from step 7, stirring while you add.
10. Cool the mixture in ice water and stir until it thickens.
11. Pour the thickened cream into the watermelon rind from step 2.
12. Use a melon baller to scoop out balls of watermelon and melon.
13. Fill the watermelon rind with the balls you've scooped out.
14. Glaze it with nappage.

15. Chill then serve.

8.3 in microwave oven 600w to dissolve and 20 seconds over powder gelatin. (Do not boil)
9.7 to put while mix 8.
Cool while mixing until thickened stick while applying a 10.9 in ice water.
11.2 was poured into the 10, to keep cool.
12. I hollow out round the watermelon and melon in the hollow vessel.
13.11 to penetrated the I dish out 12.
14.13 I paint the Napaju to.

*Recipie*
1. Cut out the center of the watermelon to your preferred thickness.
2. Cut one bottom to a thickness of 1.5 centimeters. Cool in the refrigerator.
To make the mousse
3. Add 60cc of water to 10g of gelatin powder
4. Whisk 100cc of freash cream until it is roughly the firmness of yogurt
5. Mix in about 150g of yogurt in the bowl
6. Mix in about 100cc of melon flavored Calpis (soft drink made from milk) in the bowl
7. Mix in about 100cc of milk in the bowl
8. Microwave 3 in a 600w microwave for 20 seconds to dissolve the gelatin powder. (Not boiling)
9. Mix in 8 to 7, while stirring
10. Hold 9 over ice water, and mix until thick while cooling
11. Pour 10 into 2, refrigerate
12. Carve out balls of watermelon and muskmelon with the melon baller
13. Put 12 into 11, putting many balls in closely together
14. Paint 13 with nappage (nappage recipie -> ruclips.net/video/CJLX8qZW30c/видео.html)
15. Cool and enjoy!
