This week, I made something super random. I had a model kit of the original Academy Model hobby store in Korea and decided to make it old and abandoned and put Freddy Fazbear in the window. There’s also a Ford Pinto and some college students taking a selfie with the spooky bear. Like I said, very random and not my usual type of content, but I had a lot of fun with it! Hope you enjoy.
I also recently started a second channel! It’s called @hobbytimecreations. Go check it out and subscribe! • How to Make Grand Pris...

With those tiny vehicles, I’d love to see you take on a Godzilla-style diorama (either using an actual Godzilla, or another similar monster). Could look really cool!
Or a human being attacked by toys as if they were Godzilla.
@@glenmurie Ooh, I like that idea.
Yes, I wanted to suggest an kaiju attack too, especially with your skill in lighting
History shows, again and again, how nature points out the folly of men...
I was about to suggest the same but with somehting cute like a bunny instead of a Godzilla
The subtlety of shaping, the care in the painting and decoration process, along with the accenting with LED lights, all make for a wonderful and admirable work
Your not too shabby yourself. You do great work also
I thought the jamboree guy was just from gravity falls lol
All those little fighter jets and tanks should be fighting a tiny Kaiju in a tiny city. The subject is a little obvious, but the scale would be really neat!
That's a brilliant idea
Those girls about to get hit
You could argue that the Pinto was shipped to Korea in such small amounts that the Girl is fascinated with the car's rarity and the first condition it is in. But that ending scene is so eerie and disturbing, you did an amazing job on the broken store look.
One touch on the rear bumper and it's over.
For some reason when I saw those little extra models you had left, I imagined a diorama of a small child playing with a toy car or plane, imagining they're a racecar driver or ace pilot. Behind them would be the larger scaled model of the vehicle with them either driving / flying it -- basically showing the childhood innocence juxtaposed by their vivid imagination behind them
My thoughts exactly, it would be so cute
That is a super cool idea!
The Pinto, in my opinion, is appropriate to even the current time period. Since college students can often only afford much older cars that are either cheap to buy or hand me downs from relatives. Finally, awesome work as always.
There's something pretty unnerving about all the clashing time periods, I think it lends a lot to the tone of the piece, very cool as always
A time traveling Pinto solves the time period problem.
Really appreciate the reasoning behind why you don’t use super glue and what to use instead. Do you think you could make a video where you explain the different tools/adhesives and techniques for attaching materials together for a beginner? I’m wanting to get into miniatures and while your previous videos have served as a great inspiration and way to learn, a video like I described would help me know where to start and what materials to start with. Thanks for all the content you produce!
I second this request.
I like how Freddy is only visible through the window from certain angles with the light off, it gives the whole thing a neat gimmick.
Bunch of friends during a between term break just out at night, sight seeing and stuff, not knowing that Freddy is creeping up in the storefront.
as a Korean, i remember seeing Academy products on display inside stationery stores when i was buying supplies for school. i knew about the company and how they all started out, so this is really awesome to see someone build it and put a little horror finesse to it.
Man, I love how you can barely see Freddy in there until you turn on the lights. Great job with the whole project, it looks so good!
OMG, I had that same Pinto model! After paining the body with a can of lilac spray paint, I don’t think I ever finished it. Thanks for the memories.
I love random things, and I love this build, so it's a win-win. It's great seeing you do some more sculpting. Nice job!
YES! The Flaming Ford Pinto rolls again!
The fact that "Campus Friends II" was snubbed by the snobs in Hollywood during Award Season is a crime! A CRIME!
Those smeared windows = Stroke of genius.
I love your work, C!
This is so cool! Love how it came to life when you turned the light on. Great vibe from this one!
For any of the mini models, I would KILL for an Evangelion style set with them. Especially with the tanks. Also, it's really cool seeing you use clay in your models! It adds a very personal touch that I feel really compliments the model kits you bash together. Amazing as always!
I think it’s even scarier than a the animatronics from the game, I just find a lifeless, soulless, nothingness, from the glance of this freddy, just strikes fear more than anything possessed or alive.
Felt like there were more stories and fun asides in this video than others. I really enjoyed them (and the build, of course).
I am head over heels for this diorama! It's the perfect amount of a silly idea to create a beautiful scene, love it!
You should do a diorama of you doing a diorama, in your hobby workshop. The Boylei-seption would be fun.
Not a fan of FNAF myself, but this was appropriately horrifying. Thank you for sharing!
DO A MINI AIRCRAFT CARRIER FIGHTING A SEA CREATURE! Those Jets would look so cool flying around something like that.
Wonder if there's an option to do some light flickering... this would've been the perfect diorama for that :D
That would require a micro controller, I think.
Wire one of those flickering LED tea light bulbs in series and it should flicker
@@rdjackson87 I've done that before by accident and can confirm it works
This reminds me a bit of my home city. For the longest time there was an out of business comic store just sitting on one of the main streets, still full with a mess of shelves and stock and advertising posters and stands. It was in a highly monitored part of the town, so from what I could tell nobody ever broke in or anything, it was all just left there as a monument to what the store used to be until someone eventually bought up the property and used it for something new.
It honestly made me feel a bit of melancholy every time I used to walk past it, even though I'd never been in there when it had been open.
You could still use the figure model to make a diorama. The proportions of it could be used to create a giant human or primate-based creature stomping through a wild west location, like a camp of hunters at night, a cavalry fort, or maybe even out of a zoo/circus cage ala king kong, or maybe a golem/robot stomping through a building in a fantasy or modern city while fighting something of equal or smaller size.
For those extra mini mini models you should make a night at the Museum style battle inside of a building
Great work. Your knack for visual storytelling is top notch.
yet another banger from boylei. Hoping that youre having a good week, and cant wait to see something from you for pride!! :3
Awesome project :)
I've used pure silicone caulking mixed with dye before to "paint" silicone. I would think it could also be used as silicone "glue" .
tiny model suggestion: use them make a model of youself making the wild imaginary west...or one of your other projects...the imaginary west is just my personal favourite
Those tiny tanks and jets look like they’d be great for a kaiju/Godzilla diorama. Awesome work as always!
Gotta say this channel was the last place I was expecting to see Freddy Fazbear show up, but I thoroughly enjoyed the random chaos of this model and video. Appreciated the country bear jamboree reference as well.
For the tiny models, what about a forced perspective model? Maybe a lighthouse on a hill with the perspective of a town/road underneath
A scratch made kit bashed aircraft carrier idea would be cool! I spotted some micro sized nets in the tiny model sprues. 😁
Probably one of my favorite builds yet. Love 1:24 car models and urban settings so it's a refreshing change of pace from the (also fantastic, don't get me wrong!) Wild Imaginary West builds
The dust on the glass is exceptionally well-done, I'm so impressed with how well it sells the scale
I think you should use those tiny model vehicles to make a super duper tiny battlefield of some sorts. Though, I admit that would be insanely tough to do. 🤔
"And i called it 'good'." Always such happy words to hear. 😊 And sad. 😮
Enjoying these scene creations more and more. It reminds me of my childhood and my paper maché train set landscapes.
Subscribing for nostalgia and perhaps a rediscovering of the craft. Nice relaxing and creative video, thank you.
The small planes and stuff can be used in a diorama of YOU DOING A DIORAMA :D
8:15 "so the whole timeline and reality is a mystery in this one..." pretty on brand for Five Nights at Freddy's. nailed it
That same Ford GT-500 was also my first model car. It was a complete disaster. I didn’t have glue, the instructions, nor the pliers.
Mustard works GREAT for burns, apply to the affected areas in a thin layer directly after the burn and it will prevent painful blisters and a long healing process!
With those tiny models, they've gotta be fighting Godzilla. Specifically, either the concept art from Stan Winston for the '98 Godzilla, or Shin Godzilla from 2016.
This is my favorite thing you have done!!! Absolutely amazing work! You have a true talent for fine, realistic details. Please, never stop doing what you're doing! I used some technics you used for washes to "mud up" my 1/24 rc crawler! Thank you so much for everything! Take care dude!
Wonderful diorama! Such a cool idea. Thanks for sharing how you did it. I was stationed in korea for a year. You would occasionally see american cars around that had been brought over by GI's then sold to a local. SO I could definitely imagine a pinto being there.
That 1/24th scale model kit of a hobby shop is fascinating! I had no idea that a kit like that was available. You really made good use of it in this diorama! I also appreciate that you sculpted the Freddy figure "old-school" style. You don't need no stinkin' 3D Printer . . . .
I'm showing my age here, but when that Pinto kit was new, I was a Junior in High School. Despite not having many model cars under your belt, I think you did a very good job making it as a stock, 'curbside' model. (Though knowing your style, I would have almost expected you to make it as a cyberpunk hovercar straight out of a Alejandro Burdisio illustration.)
I'm also showing my age by saying that I used the figures from the original "Campus Friends" set myself in past projects. (Had I seen the second set you used back in the day, I would have assumed that the one girl was holding up a card to shield her eyes from the sun . . . .)
As always, looking forward to your next project!
Another use for the tiny kits in future videos could be as greeblees on kitbashed vehicles
It's the man behind the miniature!
You should use the mini-miniatures to make a diorama of yourself making a diorama of yourself. Very VERY meta.
I don't know what your workshop/studio looks like but why not do a diorama of yourself at your table making/building a diorama/project and use the small shelf models you kept from this diorama in the diorama of yourself-just a thought. Keep up the good work, luv watching your builds.
Ooooh making a Mario/Luigi (and Baby Mario/Luigi) playing a Mario Kart race track toy would be a cool way to use the tiny cars, and would be some Mario-ception with the different size Mario and Luigi’s
And a toy shop for your Wild West would be a cool use if any of the tiny models would fit
You don't use superglue on acrylic because Fords are bad.
you should make a model of yourself making a model of a battle using those tiny tanks/planes, model-seption!
Hi Boiley!! How about using those small models for your wild west setting diorama, where you will repeat your room and even yourself working on a diorama, but with adding wires, wooden walls, etc? 😅 I hope that it makes sense. Like... you would make a diorama of a guy making a diorama, but in a wild west setting!
Mimic May, a heliocopter that walks and/ or punches with it blades, and has either a hook tongue or mini-gun tongue.
One of your best! I was surprised at how good the broken "glass" looks.
The only thing that comes to mind that would have made it better would be a different-colored filament that would look more like a fluorescent tube. Not sure if such a thing even exists, though.
Idea for the unused Moped: one- seater, WIW mech that is used as a messenger vehicle at a Wells Fargo stop! Kind of like a stagecoach, but just for one guy
I have an idea for the tiny scaled models! Maybe something along the lines of that Black Mirror episode? A tiny civilization in a refrigerator or some other appliance goes to war with regular sized people in their kitchen? Just the first thought that came to mind.
Edit: This is a Love Death and Robots episode, not Black Mirror.
Like, they could be flying little fighter jets and stuff
Maybe a Godzilla diroma, Attacking a City. And the little Tanks and Planes fighting against him.
Do you mean Love, Death, and Robots? This made me think of the Ice Age episode with the tiny civilizations in the couples freezer
@@secondhandbirthdays9261 Sorry! I DO mean Love, Death, and Robots! TY!!
This is so cool! This game freaks me out. But this diorama is cool!
"Not made for kids" say that to 80% of the fandom
Edit: damn i wasnt expecting this many likes
I mean, that's true of most fandoms, kids like stuff, and have the Internet.
you mean the new fandoms? because OG fnaf fans are just called fans
@@bored-z2397 ur not actually gate keeping a horror game, are you? 🤦♀️
“If those kids could read they’d be very upset!”
@@ace_of_cups4096 gatekeeping? lmao fans had never called the fnaf fans "fandom"
Love the, out of context, feel for this character. Great work , as always! God bless!
For the tiny model kit vehicles, it would be a neat idea if you had a tiny city in your old imaginary wild west where all the vehicles were shrunken due to some unexplained or wacky reason. I'm not exactly sure how that would work but still nonetheless a tiny city to that scale seems like a fun idea!
Another awesome videos one of my favorites forsure. I like that the selfie teen really adds to Freddy. Almost making him the main attraction of the piece
what if you made a little town in a microwave
For those tiny micro models you got leftover you should do a Kaiju build!
I think it would be cool if you could make bendy and the ink machine
Now that's a name I've not heard in quite some time
Thanks
You should make a miniature city with those mini stuff.
The small tanks and jets should go well with a Godzilla type scene
For the mini models, you should totally do a mini self portrait making minis! Little bit Meta.
those tiny planes would go great in a kaiju diorama
You should use the mini jets to make a cool kajiu scene with Rodan taking down the jets.
Btw. U did a great job
Kids are the target audience of FNAF. Most players are kids and there are close to or more than 100*+ action figures in the line found at every walmart and target going back many years.
What a build
Do a smallest diorama, a battle scene or something with tanks and any of the small models!! 😂
What a wonderful little diorama
I remember all the early let's plays and reactions when FNAF first took off. Crazy to think that's going on a decade
Make a tiny battlefield with the jets and tanks attacking a monster with the left over mini models from the shop ❤
You could use the mini fighter jets and tanks for like a king kong diorama but you could also use Donkey Kong for the beast, also love your videos.
About the acrylic and superglue... my grandma used to say it was a nono because it spoils the acrylic flavor giving it a spicy aftertaste.... also, great diorama, but the human figures' hair look kinda shiny for me. Love the randomness of a model kit shop model kit....
You could have glued on of the pieces of glass with super glue to make it look like failed glass, but it looks nice good job!!😀
THAT is awesome!
Have a kaiju type monster at a hobby station working on the small scale "model kits".
Another Outstanding video, build and presentation.
Hahaha I had the same experience with my first (only) model car kit XD
Incredible
i would love to see some silent hill stuff! LOVE the work as always. u care about the details, and so we do. keep it up!!
Looks awesome
Absolutely amazing as always. What to with the unused mini models. A 1/24 scale modeler making a 1/24 scale diorama.
You should totally use those mini models and do a Godzilla vs Kong diorama in celebration of the upcoming movie!
The only thing that could make this better would be a figure of Nicolas Cage on the right, in his "Willy's Wonderland" outfit in a bit of a 4th-wall/franchise-crossing homage!
For the leftover models, you could make the explosion from independence day
You should make the Van Der Linde Gang Camp in your wild western world
nice work! you could also try flickering light next time
For the tiny cars, you could kit-bash them with other junk car and engine pieces and make some sort of junkyard battle. Maybe a post-apocalyptic scene where some radioactive junk monster is ambushing a group of looting scavengers by a glowing pit of ooze
Cool build. My brain went right to what happens next….The bear moves and growls, then there is running and screaming and driving off with smoking tyres.
Godzilla in a city using those tanks and jets would be sick
This might be my favorie diorama so far! Love the weathering!
Fun idea for the tiny models is you could have them as toys that have come to life in hobby room or bedroom something like that.
while I genuinely enjoy your dry humour and deadpan delivery, it usualy only evokes a sharp exhalation of air from my nose, but I absolutely canned myself at that 'direct-to-video' bit. Gold.
