    I work at a nursing home in central Ky. While listening to this video, a local group of Mennonite's came in and started singing hymns for our residents. It was quite fitting for the story.

    I love the lines about her escaping into the pines. Context I've never thought of from "where did you sleep last night". That has forced me to look at it in a completely different light. This is one of my favorite song of all time, by my favorite blues artist of all time. I've listened to so many different versions over the years. Even spent alot of time, doing my own acoustic version. I've spent countless hours of my life thinking about what the story behind it could have been, the time period, the man who immortalized it, and any other context i could think of. But I was blind to this angle. Nice work friends.

    So d.l. came in all about has Mrs. Tilly been treated well by the sheriff, then goes 180° to threatening to throw the sheriff's sister under the bus to get what she wants. Im supposed to be on her side. Why?
