I think it's safe to say Schlatt fucking loves Charborg, just by the reaction he had in discovering the basement and then the juxtaposition of Char slapping down a red torch going "what about opium?" and the wheeze he belted out as he saw the biggest farm of his life, lmao
it was extra funny to him at that point because on his stream probably over half the houses he had inspected before charborgs also had "secret" opium farms 😂

American Homeowners associations are crazy to me, like you buy a house from an organization that can leave you homeless if you don't follow arbitrary rules subject to no laws. Imagine spending 200,000 dollars only for the HRA to be your new parent, setting bed times and curfews.
Most of the time it's the only way to get utilities in rural suburban areas. Funny enough even if you don't get water from the county or septic cleanup or garbage and snow they still have the nerve to charge you property tax 😂
