Hey Jack. Thanks for the great review and shout out. I love to hear from people using an item. I will be hitting the local shop that has True, Bauer and CCM and trying them on. I am with you on the two piece version as I would rather be able to change the blade holder rather than scrap a skate if it breaks. Also I need that forward lean that you mention in the two piece. Plus I have heard the two piece is taller so that helps with attack angle. Thanks again for doing this. Much appreciated!!
Great review Jack. Did you have to twist your foot into it like what Bonesy had to do. What do you sharpen your blades too. Are you considering getting them profiled? Or do you prefer having the flat blades for the pushes?
Great questions John! I loosen all the laces as much as I can and put my toes in at a bit of an angle, and twist the skate as I push my foot in, if that makes sense? I don't sharpen my skates as often as most guys, probably every 10-15 touches and I have them sharpened at a 5/8" hollow. I don't know if the blades were profiled for Saros or not, but I have not changed them since I've owned them, and they seem to work for me for the most part. I do slip when I push sometimes, but I think that is me lacking in technical form. Hope that answers your questions. Thanks for watching.
Find these gems on ebay all day long.
Great pro tip! Thank you

@@JackMuren outstanding buddy. Maybe Saros can work up to be as great at sliding as you.

I'd love it if he could give me some goalie lessons, that would be amazing!
Interesting.
You probably don’t get that type of chipping from beer leaguers laugh out loud. Awesome video keep up the great work!
Lol your probably right, but I've heard of other goalies experiencing the same issue. Appreciate you watching and thanks for the compliment!
