Thanks for the video.. STOL is an addictive challenge in flying for me too.. I’m just starting my STOL adventure with a carbon cub, lol.. I wonder how leading edge slats would work in your plane. I might have to buy one and puts some on to find out. thx for sharing. 73.. ps, I subbed..
I was thinking the same! I’m not so interested in aerobatics, so adding slats and more aero components to generate lift would be worth it! One thing to stay aware of though is weight. Being such a lightly loaded wing, any weight changes at all, disrupt its wing loading easily.
🚨 Hey Jack .. Surron question We got a 24’ Light Bee X , and were told at the store that it’s “as fast as it can be” and they don’t have a limiter , I’m seeing contradicting answers when I google it now know you know for sure .. any info on this to help us unlock more top speed ? Thanks in advance
This is a digital spectrum radio. The signal processing won’t allow anything to initialize or function until the RX receives the matching bound and encrypted TX signal AND handshakes its start up routine. Older FM or frequency modulation radios were dangerous to do this, but modern digitally modulated systems don’t have this danger at all. Turning off is a bit different because the RX and esc are already initialized. But thanks for the advice. Maybe you weren’t aware of this. Happy flying!
@@JackCecil I was not trying to be critical. Just one of the first lessons I learned and try to keep up with. Yes most will not do anything but some will. Happy flying
Your dog cracks me up! LOL
