Having a RUclips channel for the dealership builds trust in buyers no matter the distance. There's a Ford dealer in Kansas then I think has sold cars to every state including Hawaii and Alaska, most pick up in person but if you have drop deliveries. My next Chevrolet is coming from Livingston.

Former BMW owner (X3) here. The X7 will have way more tech magic to it, but I'd absolutely take the bet that the Tahoe will spend much less time in the shop over its life.

The answer is NO, you can't lease a New Car for $199 a month without several thousand dollars down or have a lot of trade equity in your trade in. The $200 a month lease deals are done with the Biden administration. that's a fact jack

@@DaveBsellsChevy because it’s true. Dealers have screwed buyers for the past few years, and now it is payback time. The dealer model needs to go away, it’s a product of the 60’s. I have no sympathy for any dealer, and I will bet in 5 years the current system will be done. Let me check with my manager….. such an honest industry.

Hey Dave, do you have any information on when the refreshed 2025 Tahoe’s may be opening for custom ordering. My mom is dead set on getting one and we want to have her be one of the first to place her orders because we want to try and have it by the end of the year. I read online it’s expected to go on sale around that time with orders starting middle of the year. However, we are getting close to mid year in June so I was wondering if it’s opening any time soon so we can jump on getting one built.
Enjoyed how you objectively talked about the BMW even though you work at a Chevy dealership. Always refreshing when salespeople don’t bash other products and instead honestly compare and contrast them. Love your videos!

Dave - your videos are great and refreshing compared to many of the. other car ones out there! You are honest and allow the viewer to experience going to a dealership - something some people actually enjoy ;-). Especially like when you highlighted features of the BMW even though you sell Chevys. This shows your transparency and honesty and builds trustworthiness. One of these days I''m actually going to buy a Chevy!
That B58 (40i; 3.0L I6) is BMWs most reliable engine paired with a ZF8HP Transmission. Easily tunable to 500hp too, and that 335 hp BMW puts out is definitely understated. They just don’t want it above the M40/50/60is and the Ms. Same engine/Trans in the Supra as well and in the new Ineos’. Great vehicle. I’ve owned a ‘16 F30 B58 (340i) before and regret getting rid of it every day. Down to a ‘19 G01 B48 (X3 30i, 4cyl). Still as reliable, but that B58 is something else. Fun! X7 will most likely be our next vehicle when we have the $, love the X5 (X7 shares it with the X5) truck tailgate too, adaptive suspension as well iirc (DHP package). Also - thank you for waiting for the RPMs to go down to start driving it 😂.
The X7 does have a 360 camera, you just have to click the P button right next to the camera button you hit. It even has self parking and reverse assistant which remember the last 170 feet you drove and will back out in the same path. That car also has gesture control and a ton of ambient lighting all over the car.
No, they traded the BMW because very soon it will be a big money pit on wheels. That BMW will bankrupt them.
Hi there, when I drove Chevy Blot EV once and ran into an issue when I was charging at electric charging station the dashboard says " service charge system vehicle may stall". What was the case of that?
We own an X7, excellent vehicle. You are correct about the Tahoe having more room inside, we actually traded a 2016 Tahoe in on it. BTW, ride height adjustment is just for the rear while you are loading/unloading (there is another switch in the rear), and that lower tailgate is also power operated. I am sure you will get up to speed on many more of the features, as there are many.

The downside is that they are expensive as hell to repair after the warranty expires, which is why their resale value is low.

Haha, I was 19 years old and working in a bank. We had training on how to convince people there money would be safe and didn't have to take out large sums of cash... some still did though.
It's a 3 liter , and being a bmw, it's an inline 6 . You kept saying 4 liter engine all the time and so was expecting V8 power 😅

The Trax is extremely popular. GM has already sold more Trax than the entire Cadillac Division. No reason to discount or offer reduced lease rates.

Wow , still very little inventory. Chevy dealers in my area are loaded with inventory .. almost like back in pre covid days. Is the problem your dealership is not ordering cars or is the problem that GM is not shipping automobiles to you ??
We take every vehicle GM allocates to us.

Great video, Dave! Regarding the 2020 X7, I had one before my current 2024, and it did have surround and birds-eye-view cameras, so perhaps you just didn’t know how to select them. It took me about six months before I finally figured out everything on my 2024! 😊
