Bad game but Custom characters and Motor Kombat was dope. If Armageddon had the depth that Deadly Alliance and Deception had while retaining the massive roster? It definitely would've been much better. Having such a big roster in such a lackluster game hurts.
The only thing they goofed on was no fatalities. Literally every single thing in that game made it great. These modern turds dont even let you create your own Kombatant or have a huge roster of fighters, or.havr an immersive Konquest mode. Deception and Armageddon were better games.
Deadly alliance was the darkest installment the atmosphere was scary too and I would dread fighting moloch the only way I won was using kenshis special sword move over and over

I grew up with every mk minus mk4 and special forces. I can say without a doubt that mk 9, deception, 11 ultimate(opinion), shaolin monks and mk trilogy are legendary games. Mk1 and x had a rocky start which keeps them from the top spots but are still great in their own way. Mk1 has is 5 months old and is losing players sadly due to netherrealm neglect. I hope and pray that our current game gets the love it deserves from its fans but the devs need to show us some love too by giving us more updates and free shit lmao ❤
Deception and Shaolin Monks are by far my favourites in the whole series, followed by MK2, countless hours played in these games and I think I will definately play a lot more when I get the chance

It's a different series developed by the same team. It is like saying that Tekken is a Soul Cailbur game because it's developed by Namco.

Some things you can thank Mk vs dc for is it’s designs for the Mk characters, it’s story mode that every other fighting game copied, and it creating crossovers in Mk. I played it and I can say it’s not all that bad once you give it a try. I mean the fatalities are hit or miss and most miss but there are some good ones. It also saved the franchise because it made Warner bros see the potential that Mk had as an IP. Mk9 never saved the franchise. You can thank this game directly for the new Mk games. This is a defense of Mk vs dc

Armageddon wasn't too bad. Wasn't too much different from deception. MK1 just looks good. I don't agree with these help systems; fatal blows, cameos etc. We want a straight-up mortal Kombat game. Bring back the side-step 3D fighting mechanism. Give us the option to switch fighting styles during matches.
