@@mcmacshalfilya I think it is. And it isn’t to say that we shouldn’t be alright - it’s more about embracing ourselves when we aren’t. To be kind to ourselves in the darkness and being brave enough to reach out to others and to show up without masks - so others who are struggling can see that they aren’t alone.
