Just as you have mentioned, if we were to bring PGR into discussion, I think Scar is equivalent to Roland, he's also on the villain side of the story, although as the story progressed, at some point, Roland is now playable, slightly different design to the original villain, but it was for sure him. Moreover, if we were to consider the item we obtained from the illusive realm (I think) we can see that Scar mentions something about not wanting to destroy or something, but that it was only naturally going to happen.

If the item description and Scars dialogue can be trusted to any extent, it’s fairly easy to assume Phrolova is way more focused on their objective than Scars is. And with a future character banner would come with a character chapter so something might happen in the story to where he stops being specifically against us

Not fully about the subject but: i think we should make a feedback about Scar's changed outfit. Just like how genshin kept the old designs of mona, rosaria and jean, kuro games should do the same. This will give players a chance to shoose which one they prefer..

There is a several months old video showing camellya kit.
Some thing i remember is:
-pull yourself to bigger enemies/pull smaller enemy to you using plant(can use this in air)
-smashing enemy to the ground and juggle them into air using plants(can also use this while in air)
-do spinning multi-hit attack when plunging down

@@brenadriek2459 Exposed skin, breast size like what happened to Genshin. It can impact storytelling as it'll get limited by censorship. Censorship isn't just on physical attributes of characters, but words, designs, themes, representation of things etc. etc.
Just have some paitence, they'll find some way, just the way steller blade did.
