    mahindra is growing up with time
    since value and quality is increased
    but still unhappy with the below console screen design
    very old styles like 1st gen XUV500

    The very fact that this engine is slower than the EcoBoost pains me. I was thinking about buying this purely for the engine but i guess the 1.0 litre is the international engine of the year for a reason.

      Agree...looks like Ford nailed the tuning of 1.0 eco boost. It's not a surprise as Ford is a champion when it comes to engine tuning.Sad that Ford is going to replace ecoboost with this engine. I will wait for Ford's tuning of the engine in Ecosport.

      Hyundai Venue 1.0L is better than XUV300. 0-100 is 10 seconds on the european i20 with the same engine. Ecoboost and Hyundai's 1.0L t-gdi are both direct injection engines. XUV300's 1.2L is just a normal engine with a turbocharger.

    I'm confused between ecosport titanium 1.5petrol or Xuv 300 w8 petrol? Which engine is good in acceleration, drivability ,fuel efficiency & smoothness..

      EcoSport is quicker and smoother than the XUV
      It returns a higher mileage,too.

      Ford service costs are high and they don't have a vast service network also, unlike Maruti and Mahindra. Xuv 300 is a gr8 offering go for it. Ps- I have booked one 😍

    After BS VI standard is made mandatory......these petrol heads will be the one that will become the first option. Coz even manufacturers will be finding it very tough to match their diesel engines to that standards

    Mahindra is certainly ahead of Tata in terms of the drive train. Tata needs to step up its basics and not try to sell only based on the crash test ratings 👍👍

      Lol nice joke,tata's current power trains are much better than that of mahindra,tata has developed them with big suppliers like bosch,honeywell,mahale,europeon technical centre,JLR and research centre pune,but mahindra fanboys like you wont undestand,i own kuv and i know what kind of horrendeous engine it is

      Go for Ford ecosport 1 litter booster engine . Best pickup and best mileage than xuv 300 is not near the Ford ecosport mileage and pickup

      Bro I am driving xuv petrol and getting surprisingly 18 kmpl with ac, I know it's unbelievable. I also have ecosport but frankly speaking it is 4 seater car specially for short stature people. Boot is very difficult to access when parked. Planning to sell ecosport if any one interested in it please let me know.

      Even I have a top end xuv petrol it's fuel economy is stellar. Anywhere between 16.5 and 24. But all that boils down to your driving style.

      Rompally Venu currently only manual transmission is launched no automatic version as of now. Expecting in the future

    Be Indian Buy indian products.if we love our country then others will respect and love us. Salute to indian Tata and mahindra for helped during covid. No other mncs cars helped a lot during covid. After one week of confusion I gone for mahindra xuv 300.
    I appreciate Tata for tremendous growth with launch. But coming to Xuv300 if u watch while moving vehicle u will feel like u r sitting on horse and smooth driving externally people will see u as king is moving in a wonderful car. Believe me friends the test drive I done 2 times with xuv 300 and I took finally Xuv 300 instead of sonet(Internall put up with Features) , ecosport( long distance service centers) nexon( still won't feel as premium and luxurious car)
    Thanks to mahindra.
    Pros and cons of mahindra.
    1.safety
    2. Driving smoothness
    3.luxurious internal look
    4.Sexy looking while running.
    5. People responding towards you will be like u r big politician from a big family.
    6. Back super leg room
    7. Flexible for three members.
    8. Best road clearance.
    Cons :
    1. Boot space need to improved
    2. Front look little change needed
    3. Back also need to change little bit.

    On road price difference is more than 50K. RTO and Insurance(Recurring) cost is more on the Diesel variant.

    3+1 is the way ahead. 3 cylinders + an electric motor rather than 3 cylinders + a turbo charger. As far as petrol engines go. Turbo chargers are more at home in diesel mills.

      I am driving it bro, extremely satisfied , joyful and comfortable ride. In city getting 15 kmpl and in highway surprisingly 18kmpl with AC OMG. (Arai claim17kmpl)

      @@shantamseth4407 with auto setting start to feel comfortable after 30sec , start to shiver after 5 mins, air throw is very good, fan noise minimal, dual zone proves practical and effective

    Disappointed from acceleration time ..
    Everyone on yt is saying xuv 300's engine is tremendous in pic up but no one had compared.
    This video made it clear that eco 1.0 is winner

    I choose the diesel engine xuv 3OO.The xuv 3OO petrol engine is lot of turbo lag.The same petrol engine of xuv 3OO which powers the kuv, tiago, tigor and the nexon

    XUV300 NOT FOR CITY TRAFFIC - As per experts from Mahindra
    we should not drive this new technology vehicle in half clutch, it will burn
    the clutch unit. My vehicle clutch was burnt in just 3500km.
