Love me some Frog Bayou! I've ridden it many times on dirt bikes and once on my old BMW F800GS. My favorite Frog Bayou story, though, is when I sent a group of GSGiants into that mess back in 2012. I was asked to create an "Extreme ADV" route for the folks on the big bikes. I figured, I rode my F800GS through there without any real drama, and they asked for "extreme", so.... I wasn't with those guys, but I've heard stories of bikes trapped in there and one mountain of a man--a legendary rider--riding big 1200's up a particularly messy spot one-by-one! I replaced my F800 with a 2023 KTM 890 Adventure R, and can't wait to get back down to Arkansas with it! Thanks for sharing the video!
Great video, I live in north west Arkansas, my friend and I were riding in ouichita National forest that weekend, heading to the white rock area in the morning
You guys need a couple of 300’s or even a couple of five honey’s!!!. Don’t really understand the logic… I ride a 1290, dirt roads and hard pack only, my god these 450 pound plus beasts are like riding a quad with two wheels.
I have a 300 and 690 and I still ride my 600+lb 1250GSA on this stuff and worse…it’s just a whole other level of challenge that makes it fun. Cudos to the big bikes doing little bike shit!
Good job! In the summertime you would be fine. I have ridden that road recently on my 890 and it’s unusually slick this time of year. It’s just a weird feeling, very little traction at times. But it looks like it would be fine visually.

Also noticed the B's Moto Lab sticker on your 890 fender. I'm in Wichita...and was actually wearing my B's Moto Lab t-shirt while watching your video.
@@TroyWolfVideos that’s a crazy small world!
Very cool. Tough trail.

It's always tougher than it looks, but good ride for sure! We're up in New England riding ice trails, completely different challenge LOL
awesome riding !
Curious if you both were running max psi or aired down? I generally lower 20% from max psi and it makes a world of difference.
Could have aired down... I think I was at about 25 front and rear
Doesn't the rally come with tkc80 tires? What tires are good there? Wonder if my de800 would make it lol
Oddly, the rally comes with E07+ tires... not great off road
sounds like a decat? :D
That, and a cheap ebay exhaust :)
That looks like a fun loop, got a gps file?
I need to clean it up, the .gpx from OnX for frog Bayou is not correct, I'll see what I can do and get back with you.
😊

The crazy thing is we both have 500s. Sometimes it’s just about the challenge.
