Why would I bring a well in with such crap benefits when I could bring a needlestorm for dps rotations, song of flame for the great total damage, or hell even fucking winters wrath with balidorse is probably a better survival option. I can already replicate everything a well does with my own boosted healing nade on warlock and an empowered melee to proc radiant. It's literally that simple. 2 small steps and I have a whole needle storm to add to our damage. Can't wait to see teams collapse into wells as we realize our precious crutch is gone, and thinking matters again. It's me. I'll be apart of the collapsing teams. And it will be wonderful

Well is still mandatory on one player, theres no other source of healing for everyone. What would you suggest for dps survivability?
It’s still mandatory on at least two players. You’ll be able to get damage reduction from other classes anyways.
Well is done against bosses, it's time for everyone to play differently on dmg stage. And that's a good thing. Be creative ✨️
