Sorry but not everyone knows where Cannes is or that its located in France. Not really that dumb. The Sundance film festive is not held in Sundance. It's held in Park City, Utah so it's not that much of a stretch to think the Cannes Film Festival is just a name and not a place since it doesn't say "Cannes, France Film Festival".
