Dear Julie, I'm sure other subscribers have said this to you already in some form or other, but I would like to say it too. I think you have no idea what an exceptionally gifted RUclipsr you are! 🤗Even when you make it all seem like you're just playing with your tools and materials, there's actually a lot of thought and very precise techniques, which lead to very eye-pleasing results. And the waffle? 😂Well, that is the icing on the cake 😄. I could listen to you for hours, because you have such an amazing way of turning perfectly ordinary or even annoying things into the most surprising and adorable reasons for laughter. Thank you for being YOU! 🤗🤗🤗
Thanks ever so much love, i really appreciate that 😊🤗💜
Well said.
This! 😊😊😊🎉😂❤
I agree 110% very well said💕
I was thinking this same thing! Truly gifted!!
There are a lot if really good crafters on RUclips but there's only one you! You are a treasure. If I am feeling sad or depressed, I watch a video if yours and I feel relaxed and smile. Thank you Julie.
Thanks so much Shirley love☺️ it means alot to hear you say that. As someone who has depression, i'm humbled to know i can have that effect🤗💜
Yes, Julie, you lift our spirits beside being a very good crafter. Many thanks and bless you!
Absolutely Julie, you bring joy to us all, thanks for being there 💚💚💚💚
same
Julie, you need a tag line... "Come for the waffles, stay for the crafts!" I LOVE it! Frugal faffer is pretty good too! 😂🤣🤣😂
I love these pockets, especially the tesselations (an excellent word that I had to look up!)... NICELY done!
And finally, to answer your question (and lots of people here in the US don't seem to know this), it's kinderGARTEN, with a "T".
Seeing that you've got a new vid up always makes me smile! 😁😁😁 Love and hugs, MK 🤗❤️🌵❤️🤗
Tesselations, i learned that one young so can remember it, not sure about anything i learned last week though😘
Thanks MK i thought it had a T. I watch a channel called lost in the pond. A british bloke living in the US who makes viedeos about the differences and he said it woth a pronounced T.
thanks as always lovely🤗💜
Love this project ❤❤and yes- what do people think of this craft?? I - and you too and everybody else who craft - we don’t care. It’s as simple as that. We do it because we LOVE it and we can. 🤣It keps me happy & sane for sure 😅😅🥳 and you know what, now I need a hexagonpunch 🫣🤭🤭
I believe you’re my favorite journal artist! I watch a lot of people but I always stop what I’m doing to watch your video. Thank you so much for sharing your talent with us! ❤❤❤
Thank you so much, i really appreciate that love😊🤗💜
Julie, I had to hold my breath when you where cutting up the Edith Holden books. Like! The books are hard to come by in America. I love your honesty when you sayyou don't like something and fling it out of your way.
Love the project!!!❤❤❤
Thanks Lorie☺️🤗💜
Fabulous as always!!!!!
Oh, I love that punch too Julie!
❤❤❤
Dearest Julie, Ive watched many of your videos over and over again. I know you are my favorite person to watch when it comes to junk journals and all other videos you create. You have an amazing personality which adds fun to your content. Your laughter is infectious. You speak of your children and they are so blessed to have you as a Mother. I can see you joking with them too. I just want to thank you for all you do and as a fresh beginner at journaling all together you've taught me so much and i havent even brushed the surface. See you in the next one. One more thing, I live alone and am 67 years young. You bring so much joy to an otherwise lonely day. ❤❤❤
Julie my Husband passed away last night and the only thing remotely keeping me sane is watching you and wishing you were here to make me laugh You have kept me laughing with you for a very long time through all of his sickness I wish I could go to UK sometime to meet you. Honey just thank you so much for being you and please don’t ever stop doing what you do because you have a great gift that needs to be shared with the world. Thank you so much sorry
I almost forgot my name is Sheri and I live in Oregon You made my husband smile too when he was sick so thanks for making us happy

Thanks Nancy love 😊🤗💜
Hi Julie, Love your poppy taggy things.
Thanks Wanda love 😊🤗💜
Great tags, but the laughter and lasting smiles make my day !!!! ❤️🦋💕😍
Thanks lovely☺️🤗💜
Ilove your channel Julie. Thanks for sharing your creativity with us.
That was a great video. I love the idea of using hexagons as a background. It gives such a nice look. You are so much fun to watch. I really look forward to your videos. Thank you for sharing your work with us. 😊❤
Thanks Barbars love, i really appreciate you saying so 😊🤗💜
Great ideas
Thank you so much 😊🤗💜
I really gave a scrap about this video. 😁😁 I always like to see various ways to use up scraps.
Thanks Linda☺️🤗💜
The faffing is part of the charm of visiting with you Julie as you create beautiful projects. I can always count on you for a giggle or three along with some awesome journaling ideas. Hope you are having a wonderful week.
Thanks Rosemaree love 😊🤗💜
I really enjoy watching your videos Julie, you always make me laugh. Your tags are beautiful, by the way. Thanks for sharing.🙂♥️
Thanks Shirley, you're very welcome love😊🤗💜
Bonjour Julie, doigts en or, idées jaillissantes, on est bien près de vous. Vous changez la vie comme une fée. Merci d'exister
I got one of those tag topper punches in the mail. I opened it right then. The remaining mail became cannon fodder to the punch. By the time I got back to the house, all my mail looked spiffy. The husband wasn't too happy 😂 It made the bills more palatable, I thought 😂
That's so funny Candy, i may try that with mine😁🤗💜
Wildly entertaining with a stunning end result! New life goal unlocked: Accumulate loads of Edith Holden scraps (instead of hoarding the books untouched). The white butterfly was my favorite! Thank you for this imaginative project!
Julie, hi there Sweet Woman! I have found something wonderful. I am in the process of packing to move (heaven help me) and so ordered some packing materials from Uncle Amie. You may have seen this paper or already have some, but check out Elementree Packing Paper Sheets, 1500 count, fan-fold #35 kraft paper , 11 inch perforations, 11 x 14.5, though if you needed more than the 14.5 the perforations don't show very much. AMAZON CHARGES $32.99, so 2 cents a sheet. What a deal!
I hope your day is going well. It's a beautiful spring day here. Lots of flowers out, 70 degrees, breezy.
Take care. Keep up the good work! ❤

Really enjoyed your creativity on this one, Julie-- thanks so much 🩵
😱 no arms!
(You're so funny, woman!😅)
It was one of my mums favorite saying, prob not too popular these days, but i can't stop using it😁🤗💜
Thank you for making it so lovely to follow. I now have a load of scraps that don't need to be wasted. Thank you. Don't ever doubt yourself. You're so precious, and really lift my spirits especially after losing mum last year. Haven’t been myself since but im learning to smile again and love listening to you and being inspired to use junk journalling to just 'do me' x
Such a fun video. Not just the crafting process, but mostly all the waffling around. You're a riot. 😊🤗❤️
Come back, Julie!!❤❤❤
I love these tag pockets, Julie. Great idea! And I thoroughly enjoyed the butterfly fest.!! 😂 You are awesome, I adore your sense of humor!! Thank you for sharing. ❤
Cheers Michele, time for some new butterflies i think☺️🤗💜
I cry with laughter about the butterflies. You are a woman after my own heart. I hear myself in you. I’m obviously not the only nutter here 😂
Nope, you're not the only nutter in town😁🤗💜
kindergarten is what we have here in the states and Pre-k. It gets confusing.
Just love watching you and creating your ideas in my way when I can get time. But I always watch you and your videos completely first. Just puts my mind in the right mood. Thank you for sharing your vast assortment of talent.
Hugs from here in the USA/ N.C.
Cheers love, i really appreciate that. I'm the same with my favourite channels, sometimes i just put them on to listen to☺️🤗💜
Love the sixtuplet comment, I'd want an outside job to!!!!!!!!😁😁😁😁😁😁
I googled them and they are 40 now, i feel old😅🤗💜
Hi Julie! Nice to meet you. You're a hoot! You had me laughing. I too, dreamed of having a room with shelves full of books! Great idea on creating tall pockets and tags using scraps. They actually turned out very pretty! Thank you, I truly enjoyed your video share today. Crafty Hugs 💗 Blessings 😊
Thank you so much love and welcome to to channel☺️😁🤗💜
Did you get a new camera? It’s so clear and really nice.
I'm ashamed to say, that i haven't, but my daughter did borrow it for some shots she needed for her art project and it's sooo much better now. I'm so clueless with it i stick to factory settings, but she had a twiddle and bob's yr uncle. Thanks Paula love🤗💜
I love the hexagon idea. You made some adorable things and I always love listening to you while you craft! Have a wonderful week my favorite youtuber!
Thank you.You too Cheryl love 🤗💜
Morning Julie. Watching you at breakfast time .Yes I slept in. 😂Looks like you've dicovered patchwork. I have done this exact thing with fabric. I love it. It's much quicker with paper, not days and days of sewing. 😂 I just had a mental picture of you hanging out of a window making chicken noises. 🐣😂.Val.🐨 💟
Bock bock🐔 yes i remember doing it at schoool, it was a wonky mess, put me off sewing for quite a while😅 Thankfully my mum taught me plenty of sewing tips and cheats😁🤗💜
Ps...haah i found a book at Goodwill throft store...its called "Wildflowers of North America " by Pamela Forey published in 1990/1998 the pages are a little shiney and the book is large 10x12 " ish. The pictures are beautifully drawn and colored i think. Maybe you would enjoy it? 💖
Funny you should mention that Kathy, I have one in pile of stuff that is going to be posted by my friend in Oklahoma. Me messaged me and said the exact same😁 thanks lovely 🤗💜
Miss Julie, as always you are so fantastic with all your projects, and I love the idea of the hexagon. And you always make them look so beautiful. Love how you wafflen on and such. You always put a smile on my face when I'm watching your videos. Thank you for sharing and God Bless you and your family. 🥰💖💖💖💖💖👍👍👍👍👍🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟(🌹🐞🦂🌵)
Thank you so much Rose, you're always welcome love ☺️🤗💜
Hi Julie! I just love watching your videos! Not only do you create beautiful crafts you are so funny! You had me laughing out loud when you said you and your daughter talk to the chickens 😂🤣😂. I wish I had a neighbor like you 🤣. These pocket tags are beautiful, love the hexagon punch, great effect! 🌻
Bock bock, i do cats too, not so hot with dogs😘 Glad you enjoyed it Karen love🤗💜
Thank you Julie! Beautiful tags! I want to order the tag top punch. Can you please tell me how wide the tags you used in this video are? I looked up the punch from your Amazon store and it looks like the widest one it punches is 2 1/2”. Your tags look like 3” to me but perhaps it’s just the computer view. I would appreciate it if you could let me know if the 2 1/2” one is the best one to order. Thank you! 💕
I know you now know you were correct Mrs, thanks Donna love😁🤗💜
I really like pockets and tags very beautiful love punch shapes great idea using scraps up wonderful addition to your journals thank you for sharing ❤❤
THEOLA
Hi Theola, Thank you so much love☺️🤗💜
Oh sorry Julie, just after I asked the question, you answered it on your video!! Sorry! I’ll go ahead and order the punch! Thank you again!💕💕💕
Bobs your uncle Donna😅😘😁🤗💜
Hello Julie, lovely just lovely wonderful Tags! I actually did a birthday card for my hubby with the same layout. Oh and I for California and in my late 50's and I always thought it was Kindergarden! I looked it up and it is Kindergarten with a t, go figure lol😂 thank you for all you put out there for us your wonderful!
If it makes you feel better i always thought it was kindergarden until i heard it with a T recently. The blame i think lies with your old governor and his 'Kndergarden Kop' film😘🤗💜
Well Julie, what a lovely video, you certainly make me happy with your faffing…as I have moved to Canada from UK it is nice to listen to your accent, love it, thank you for being so natural and yourself. 🥰🌷❤️🌺
Thank you so much Lynda love ☺️🤗💜
Wow! lovely tags! so glad you’re back, I’ve really missed you ! My friend just got one of those hexagon punches so I might have to borrow it 😂 Great video, thanks ❤
It's great for doing the notches for pockets too Marcia, makes a chage from semi circles. Thanks love, i come and go like Ruby tuesday😁🤗💜
I am fighting a migraine but I knew you would cheer me up! These are fabulous! I don’t have a hexagon punch, but if I see one in the thrift, I will pick it up for sure. These are adorable! Hugs to Nala 🤗❤️
Hope you feel better soon love, they are literally a pain😊🤗💜
As soon as you mentioned Tracie Fox's botanical tags, I went to Esty and purchased them. I had been meaning to buy them earlier but I forgot and ordered something else.
I love the tags and pockets you made. You always make nice things. I have a several of your projects on my list of things to make.
Hexagons - when i was much younger, I wanted to join a quilting group. They were the type that believed in doing things the traditional way. If you want to learn to quilt, you have to learn to make templates and the hexagon was the one you started with. I was very careful making a template but by the third round, it was so off, there was no point in continuing. I didn't get back into quilting until I started working at a quilt store. LOL
That reminds me of when i was at school and we did some patchwork, mine was horrendous😅 There are just too many yummy labels in tracies shop, i can see how you forgot why you were there😁🤗💜
Great wee projects. I just came from watching a different take on library pockets. It's always good to compare different takes on all these useful wee things! I can see how the pockets could come out of a masterboard too, like your tags did, especially if we don't have those shaped punches. Thanks Julie, it was fun popping in for a visit 🥰
Thanks for watching Mar, glad you enjoyed it love ☺️🤗💜
These are fab Julie, I know what I'm making tomorrow. Thanks for the idea and the waffle, enjoyed it immensely Debsx
Thanks Debs, i bet you make them twice as quick as i did, i did alot of brain buffering in this one 😁🤗💜
Nice job Julie! Love the idea of the hexagons. Thank you for sharing ❤️❤️❤️😊🌈
Glad you like them Cheryl love🤗💜
A bookmarker tuck tag with poppies and plants ❤ love these! I just bought poppy stickers from the dollar store too! I know what I’m making next 😊
They sound perfect, thanks love😁🤗💜
You are so funny love it. Like the project to did tonight, I am actually making them now In Canada its 9 PM here, enjoy your day, thank so much for sharing.
Thanks Nicolina love, i was probably snoring as you made yours, hope you had fun😁🤗💜
Lovely tags/pockets Julie. Faffing on form 😂😂
Cheers Annie love😁🤗💜
We have free range chickens around us in the RV park where we’re staying in Yuma Az. Anyways, my husband talks to the chickens too.
I get more sense out of the chickens than the kids sometimes teresa😘 how lovely to have them free range🤗💜
Hello Julie l have just found your channel and really enjoyed your video. Please could you tell me what glue stick you used in the video, l am very new to paper crafting and l think l have been lucky finding your channel 😊
Hi Pamela and welcome to the channel love 😁 i used an Elmers one, today it was the purple coloured glue, it suits my old eyes, but my favourite is the Elmers Xtreme glue stick which can be hard to come by at a decent price on my side of the pond☺️🤗💜
Nala looks like my Grandcat, Hot Sauce. I cat-sit him when my son and his wife are away. We have fun, and he gets a lot of cuddles. ❤
She's a sassy one Donna, she lets you have the odd cuddle these days but thinks she deserves to bite your finger afterwards😼🤗💜
Hahaha and the red glue lid comes flying in to the frame 😅 You are simply wonderful!! I look forward to your videos😊
i need a 'Danger Low Flying Craft Suupplies' sign. Thanks love😁🤗💜
Love your videos your a classic. I find you sooo amusing and I mean that in a nice way your hexagon pockets and tags are beautiful, I am inspired to go make some.
Thank you so much Pamela love, that is exactly how i take it Mrs🤗💜

Lovely pocket and tag makings, enjoyed watching🩷🪻💙
Cheers Mrs ☺️🤗💜
I found myself smiling throughout your video…you’re a joy to listen to! Very creative way to use that punch. Your tag pockets are so pretty.
Thank you so much love ☺️🤗💜
That was the cry throughout the house who has the big scissors it made me laugh when you said that the other one was my mom was always saying don't touch my sewing scissors well I guess the important thing as you're having fun the important thing is you're having fun anyway thank you for the fun experience thank you for the fun experience today and it's important that you have fun even if it even if it's something the size of a tiny little hole and you have to cut a little circle and you're having fun that's all that matters
My mum was exactly the same and i am now. I protect my Tim Holtz scissors like they are my first born😅
thanks lovely, glad you had fun watching🤗💜
awesome. I enjoyed watching your waffling and doing.
Thank you so much love ☺️🤗💜
Julie this video was just brilliant. Love this idea. TFS🌴💕
So glad you enjoyed it Annette, thanks love😊🤗💜
Absolutely beautiful! I love anything botanical or nature!
Thanks lovely☺️🤗💜
Ho, they turned out lovely Julie, you made laugh mentioning them little tins, I've got the same ones it's a pain going through them all isn't it, if it isn't strewned about infront of me it dosnt get used 😂😂 🥰😘
It really is Jan, I may tip them all out into one big box. Micro organisation doesn't suit me, too many kids🤗💜
Such a cute idea Julie I love them. Thank you so much for sharing!!!
You're welcome Tina love😊🤗💜
I put use the butterflies I don’t like by putting them on a circle or a specimen slide so I can put other things over them but they add a bit of color.
Great idea Sue, yes that may be their future now, thank you so much for watching love😊🤗💜
You are hilarious, I love your sense of humor!!!😊. I have been binge watching your videos
Thank you so much Melissa love ☺️🤗💜

Another masterpiece of fussiness and pockets!😊
Thank you so much love ☺️🤗💜
Good afternoon Julie 🤗. Love ❤️ your channel and your laugh 🤭. I’ve done these as well and ran them through an embossing folder. Not only is it pretty, but also squished the hexagons on the card stock for a nice hold. 🙂. Hugs 🤗 from North Carolina USA 🇺🇸
You like to say what a scatterbrain you are, but really, Julie, you’re brilliant. Whenever I want to make something really beautiful and well designed, I always look at your channel. You have a great talent for talking the whole time about your life and things going on around you while at the same time making excellent creations. You are top notch! ❤❤❤
I missed your giveascrap in the line up! Glad I was able to come back and watch. What a fun punch! Such cute tag pockets. ❤
Julie I am getting a little worried are you and girls all right . didn’t know if you are sick or something I am just checking hope all is well well ❤❤THEOLA
🤣Step away from the butterflies. i LOVE your commentary. I can relate!!
These look great. I don’t have a hexagon punch so I’ve made myself an svg cut files for my Cricut, hopefully that does a similar job.
Thank you 🤩
Oooo, fab idea Julie, you will get a fabulous background to use as well😁 i just treat myself to the cricut joy xtra as my craft room is too small for my cricut and walking downstairs to use the big one it far too difficult😘 Thanks lovely🤗💜
@@CameliaCraftsDesigns I hate fussy cutting or repeatedly cutting out the same shapes so it was pure laziness that drove to me master affinity designer to make a whole lot of things to save me from those rotten scissors
I second ellesimon4344 which brings me to the reason I am here now, it’s been a minute now since I’ve seen a video from you and I really can’t wait much for the next video!! I hope all is well and I get to see a long long video 2 hours perhaps 😊, any will do!!❤
Hi Lanagail love, thank you so much🤗 i'm erratic these days, alot of stuff to do for and with my girls. they are both neurodivergent and need more help than your average teenagers sometimes, but we are are well lovely☺️🤗💜
@@CameliaCraftsDesigns yes yes I do understand that. Glad 😀 you guys are doing well!! Take care always !!
These tags are fun!! I like them!! As always, I love your channel! You are so much fun to watch and listen to!!
Good morning Julie and family. Thanks for the great video! I really enjoyed it. Now that I've finally been able to watch it all the way through. We're getting a new roof, windows, and HVAC, and oh my goodness, the dust and upheaval my home is a mess, to say the least. Not that Im Mrs spick and span usually but wow has this been an experience. Tho i am extremely grateful to finally be here .. your video was a welcome distraction. I live in California, and poppies are our state flower. My daughter and I have matching wrist tattoos of one. Hope all is well with you and yours. Thanks for listening, lol. Have a great day today 💚
Frugal faffer!🤣🤣🤣 I love that. Oh how I've missed you. I think I have a comment I need to respond to you but I didn't know where it is. I've had a lot going on, I was sick for a few weeks and then went to see my grandkids for a week. Today I thought I haven't seen anything come in from Julie so I went to your page and I've missed several videos. Dang you tube hasn't sent me the notification even though I have everything turned on. So I'm starting with the most recent and I'll make my way through the older ones as time allows. Appreciate you Julie!
Hi Julie, everytime you say wee, it makes me smile 😊 and the waffle is a delight. When I need to knowvthat craftingbis a joy, you are there. 🎉.
Robyn in New Zealand 🇳🇿
Hi JULIE, By now, I am sure that you recognize me from all the comments that I make 🙃🙃🙃 You have answered some which is very sweet because I am sure that you are quite busy! Today I am about to pull my hair out and so I am hoping that you will answer my question because it can help me make a needed decision! I don’t know which video you said it in, or how long ago it was, but once you said that you used to have an Epson eco tank printer and that it wasn’t right for you so you got a different one. I have one of those and I have many problems printing and I am trying to figure out if it’s the printer or my internet. The printer just won’t stay connected to the internet which makes it horrible to try to print something and have to unplug it so many times. Other problems too, like really extremely slow at times and just all sorts! Is that what happened to you because if it did, then I probably need to get a new printer to put me out of my misery! Thank you! You are a dear and I hope that you answer if you can. Love your channel! Donna 💕
Lots of different ways to do things. Doesn’t mean any are wrong some appeal to one group
Of people and others appeal to others. We are all different and do things differently. It would be a boring world if we all did everything exactly alike. Don’t you agree Julie? 😊
"Who's playing hockey"!!!!! I could listen to you all day! x
It took me a long time to watch this video, I'm so glad I finished it. I got about 100 packages of rick rack at a rummage sale. I have tried and don't like how I was trying to use it. Now I love it on tags like you do it. Thank you Julie.
Julie you are hilarious. I just love watching you. I laughed so hard at the beginning of the video when you threw your glue topper I think it was. Keep doing you because I love everything you make and your personality is the cherry on top .. huge hugs🩷🩷🩷
I enjoyed your Garden Story Collaboration video. I’m here for more goodness from you. 💖💖
