    Just got 65 riser and 80 pronator. I'm catching you dude, a 193lb computer nerd should not beat a farmhand. Probably have room for improvement on your diet, I try to eat super clean but also high calory. Organic Olive oil and Coconut Oil only. If you have to drain the fat on the meat it's not good meat.

      My max is 105 on pronation and 75 on riser. Those are my working weights in the video. I never max it causes injuries. That video is old too
