I felt everything you are saying. Growing up I didn't have any money so when I got my first job, I immediately spend it all on clothes, not to impress people, but to know my style & gain confidence. Fast forward now & I finally know what my style is, I'm also into minimalist outfits and the overall lifestyle too I don't buy alot of clothes that have crazy brands if I do it's subtle, not in your face. I still spend money on clothes every now and then but it's usually stuff on sales clearances etc. The only time I spend much on fashion is my sneaker & boots. im still trying to battle my shopping addiction invest it more into things I actually need as oppose to things I want so I'm glad I'm not the only one with this battle.
Hey Christian thanks for watching :) I feel that spending money on clothes that you've been planning to purchase for a while is fine when it goes on sale outside of a "planned purchase". Definitely, you aren't the only one who struggles with these issues. I feel like the fashion community is plagued by this but no one really openly admits to it because its well...embarrassing. Cheers bro!
My problem areas are rewarding myself. The problem is I end up convincing myself the smallest thing is worth rewarding. I am definitely going to implement the birthday/Christmas rule, it worked when I was younger!
Thank you for being brave and sharing deep stuff. Definitely found this insightful. Our values and interests definitely change as we grow and progress in life so thank you for sharing with us your journey
4k on gear? Damn. And i haven't done shopping for two years now lol I'll need to do some this year tho. You're definitely spitting facts, we spend too much time on things we shouldn't
Thanks you for watching :) Ahaha yes I actually have a lot more fun making these type of videos compared to those outfit videos and the sort. I'll be sure to upload more of this type of content!
