- The infamous Ha Giang Loop is worldwide famous.
Tens of thousands tourists come to this province to complete the massive challenge of riding 3 to 4 days on motobikes around the northernmost province of vietnam. However, lots of them miss out on trying one of the most unique dishes in the world, it is Pịa.
Pịa is a soup with the main ingredient being an animal's stomach content. People in this region call it "young poop" with young referring to it hasn't been completely digested yet. Horse and goats are usually preferred for the dish. The dish is extremelyyyyy pungent. I would not recommend it to anyone who is not experienced in eating exotic foods. The look is worse than the smell. It looks like shit, literraly and smells like it. But hey, when you're in Vietnam doing the Ha Giang Loop on motobikes, you're pretty extreme and adventurous in my book. So why not give this dish a try, you may enjoy the taste of POOP.

Chỗ tôi chế biến món pịa này từ ruột non khô hoặc túi mật khô treo gác bếp và chỉ cắt một phần nhỏ khi nấu với nội tặng vật mới mổ đã làm sạch. Thêm chút ớt, hạt khẻn và lá khẻn non ăn sẽ rất tuyệt vời. Do đó, trông vệ sinh và đẹp mắt.
