This song is so beautiful and yet so simple at the same time! It takes me back to a much simpler time of my life. When I was a kid, my parents were my whole world, and my grandparents were still productive and living life and raising us grandchildren. I really wish I could just step back in time, at least for a day, and relive those most fondest memories of my youth. I could hear this song anytime, and it just takes me back to those days. I believe one day, we will get to experience those wonderful times again. But for now, we have the music and our memories. One of the greatest living Englishmen, he should be 'Sir' Eric Clapton. Yeah he had his issues with drugs, but so did Elton John and he got one and is far less deserving in my opinion. Cherish Eric whilst he's still around, we lost the great Scot Jack Bruce last year - all the musical greats from the 60s and 70s are getting old now and there's no one to replace them. They just don't make them like that anymore.
