A commercial came on at :45. I've been noticing this more and more on RUclips videos. Not sure if there's something wrong in my settings because I don't remember that ever happening in the past. Ads were just at the beginning

Just make sure you're using headphones that can hear the .5 hz frequency. Cheaper headphones cannot and that means you won't benefit from this entrainment.
Why are birds tweeting in the background? Most birds would seek shelter and would either stop making noise or be drowned out by the sound of rain. This breaks the immersion for me. It's otherwise a good track.

They are not the best at all. In fact, the stock headphones that come with iphones are crap. You may want to upgrade as soon as possible.
