What if you have cataracts and Amd. I Have both. I had cataracts for several years. But eye things it more Amd. Glare makes it hard for me to drive

I did a few exames to antecipate a cataract surgery. One if the four indicated a too small anterior chamber in my eye! Now I know I’ll have complicated surgery and pos surgery. 😮😢Therefore, I fear now that procedure. And don’t tell me about “how easy and common” a cataract surgery is!
This is about my right eye. My left eye became blind after 4 corneal transplants which I shouldn’t have consented! This us a long story😢😢😢😢

I had halos and shadowing due to a LASIK surgery done in year 2000 (He never got me to 20/20). Night vision and color differential @ night decreased. Also headlights and street lights appeared to have halos.
Recently an optomitrist said I have cataracts. I've noticed increased glare when Im under LED lights, its very annoying and sensitive. Anyway, I'm thinking a BAT test would give a false result because of the LASIK problems.
What's your opinion Doc? And what's the difference from glare and halos?

My eye doctor said mine wasn't bad for surgery. I having problems driving at night. Went to my eye doctor and had test done with other doctor. She said did you know how bad your cactact was.
