The spider just politely leaving. What a gentleman!
Hahaha I know! That is probably my favorite “nature” moment I’ve ever captured 😂
8c
YYYY you gggggyy7
I know right. He was like " I can see that I have interrupted your video and I must go now"
@Becca De La Plants
Some people go to a bar, some go to the movies, others throw a party. What am I doing on a friday evening? I'm watching plant tours the length of a movie with some popcorn and soda! 😍😍😂😂 LOVE THIS!
Hahahaha the best way to spend an evening!
Hahahahha same🥰🥰🥰
Lol! It’s taken me 3 days to watch this!
I'm sick in bed watching plant tours 😂 while my fiance is on baby duty keeping her far away from me just encase.
I work at a restaurant and at the end of the night, I sit down w/ my shift beer and roll silverware ALL WHILE watching Becca (or Fern!).
I am just watching this for like the 10th time. Sometimes I watch little bits and pieces of it, sometimes I am looking for a specific plant to show someone, today I am watching it again as a whole. I understand, how much work those plant tour videos are, especially cutting everything and putting the correct plant names on the screen at the right time ecetera. Thank you Becca. I love your voice, the way you explain things, how you reflect back on things and of course I love your plants. As long as plants play a role in my live, I will be a loyal follower of yours. Greetings from Austria! ❤
You should do a video of scary stories from trades or purchases online. You have mentioned you’ve had several weird experiences and this is the perfect time of the year for a video like this! I’m here for the chismes😂😂😂
Man, I hope I fill my house up with plants like yours one day 😍
That spider leaving felt like a Ghibli film moment. 😂
Omg I love that hahah
I love that you love Fittonia! 💚
Fittonia is my favorite. 🥰
With the delivery of my Frankie Fittonia yesterday I now have 9 different kinds of Fittonia. 1 of them is a rescue, which is doing great now. Thanks for sharing! 😊
I just recently got into houseplants, currently have a Bantel snake plant and a little golden Pothos, hoping to get a hold of a variegated Adansonii and a red prayer plant once I learn a little more about plants and how to keep them alive
I'm really enjoying your tour, especially that show stopper of a begonia (it really should be one of your favorites). I think you're so funny, plant care realness and all. Had a laugh about that one. Tell the spider I said hi! You're actually helping me through a bout of one cranky tummy...Thanks for posting.
I will have to come back to this tomorrow and watch during plant chores!
See you then!! :)
Yay!! A two hour-long video! Lovley, interesting video. Becca, you need to take a day to trade/give away/sell those plants you don't like.
excited to see the changes in your plants from the last few years! love hearing the details
Yay!! I hope you enjoy :)
I appreciate the time and effort that went into this! 😍 amazing collection!
Thank you so much :)
I’ve been watching your videos since you first started and its soo cool seeing how much your collection has grown. I finally took the courage to start my own channel!!! Thanks for the inspo and planty vibes
*Hides in embarrassment for bringing flat mites into your home* - I loved this tour!!! It was the perfect start to my Friday and gave me a bunch of inspiration to get my shit together and organized. I know what I’m doing Sunday!! 😂
Sees 2 hr video from anyone else nahhhh
Sees 2hr video from Becca yessss
Hahaha yesss
Love to see the changes and your plants! They are all stunning
Thank you so much 🥰
Not the dead Pothos looming over the plant room like a warning to the other plants. Pls don’t ever take it down. 😂
HAHAHA okay that is hilarious 😂
Thank you so much for showing your collection! I watched while tending to my own plants and ended up finding mealy bugs 😬
But honestly your calm voice and reassurance of your own pest struggles made me feel much better
I love your plant wall. I’d love to have one like that. Can’t wait to see the greenhouse!
OH YES I can not believe this will be my evening movie. ❤️
Wow, so many beautiful plants! I know a lot of work and time went into this video. Bravo and thank you for this and for all that you do on this channel! Very enjoyable to watch. Love how your Cebu Blue hangs over your balcony, so beautiful! Take care. 👌🪴🥰
I believe your Ruby is actually a Tineke. The Tineke has white leaves but they’re pink when they’re new. Ruby’s leaves are much more red/pink and stay that way😊
so beautiful, inspiring and cheerful!
Just had to mention, for Hoya Australis Lisa, give it a LOT more light! Mine gets direct sunlight for the first half of the day and it's growing like crazy!
What about propagating the top portion of the monstera adensonia. Maintains the height, and you get more plants
Really enjoyed this video, thanks for showing us your beautiful plants 🪴 ❤
I love a long tour with details! Great video!
Thank you!!
Awesome collection Becca!!! Watch until the very end. 🙋🏼♀️🪴💚
Thumbs up for caring about the spider (even if apparently this particular one is not a spider :) )
Beautiful plants 🪴🪴🪴🪴🪴🪴🪴🪴
Thanks for sharing ❤
Purchased the book since early 2022. Very useful! 👍🏽👍🏽
Really appreciate the chapter tags. This video took me a few tries to get thru but worth it!
So glad you made it through! 🥰
I found myself chucking so frequently throughout this video. You are funny, gurl! Love your dry sense of humor lol
I love my scindapsus pictus also. I found it really benefits from stronger lights and a bit of fertilizer. It was getting long and had small leaves and I chop-and-propped, fertilized and have it in a south window and it's thriving now with giant leaves.
Show stopper. Look awesome, I need one!! Thank for the information
I've been a subscriber since you lived in Tucson. Wow I feel old now! Anyway, it is fun to see how far you have come with plant styling. You have always been an amazing plant mom!
Your brandtianum is much nicer than most! In general I've experienced, and so have many others, it to be difficult. It tends to grow slow and put out tiny leaves even with a pole. Keep doing what you're doing! 🙌
Wow! Thank you so much for the effort and the time you put into making this video! Truly enjoyed it!
Absolutely!! Thank you for watching ❤️

Excellent video Love the Spider walking out your door
Wanted to purchase the houseplants for beginners book without knowing it was from you! Now i have more reason to want it :) Love your videos
Oh no way!! That makes me very happy to hear. Hope you enjoy it :)
For the hoya - to get more foliage you definitely need more light. I've recently learned through a lot of trial and failure that hoya want WAY more light than you think they should.
For sure!!
Thanks for sharing ❤
I love your videos!
Gosh I love all your pots they are GORGEOUS
Thank you!! 🥰😭
Yay! Loved it.
I CAN NOT WAIT!!!
😄😄
@@BeccaDeLaPlants I love your videos lol
First of all I'm from Tucson so that's cool. You have the best plant set up I've seen on RUclips. And I love your confession about stealing clippings. You're just so dope.
Hi Becca, Thank You for the tour, your plants, and plant room are beautiful! Regarding the Rhipsalis, the same happened with mine, it was never happy until I topped it off with lots of soil...the roots are shallow, and near the surface so it dries out quickly, but as soon as I put more soil on top, it began to thrive and look beautiful....same with my linearis....try it!
Hey girl! For your myranta I really recommend putting a tray of damp sphagnum moss underneath its pot. Mine was about to die but now she’s beautiful and lush now that I keep that hydrated. Just thought I’d share! As always such a beautiful collection becca 😊
i love all your plant tour,
The spider said: I didn’t consent to being in a video, I’ll just go😅
Omg the wicker chair holding up your Philo 69686 is so cute!
love your plants, there so pretty,
Dang, I don’t think Lord of the Rings was this long. 😂 Always love seeing your fittonia. Thanks for a great tour.
That was the most polite spider I ever did see..! Lol. I feel like if you listened closely, you could hear "Pardon Me" as he scooched by 😂😂
😂😂
Beautiful plants and aesthetic
Dying at that spider part 😅 great cinematography there hehe
I would love to see a video where you take a light meter around and show how many foot candles the areas/ plants in your plant room are getting!!
Love ur videos :). Just subscribed 🎉
Watching while I fold laundry and make breakfast.
Love it!!
The spider walking himself out 🤣🥰
Normally I would never click on a video longer than 45 minutes tops (and even then it’s iffy! Lol) but for your houseplant tour, I was like let me get some snacks and get comfy! Work be damned! 🤣🤣
Hahahah! I love that so much. ❤️❤️
16:00 Agree 100%. Way easier to care for than even pothos to me.
Omg! Loving this the 2nd time thru ( yes I am a nerd)
You even train your Spiders!! Girl! You are amazing 😂
Question on Phil 69686
I got a rooting cutting about the same time you got your plant, it came in Sphag moss, which is my usual way to root. it never got more than a thin string root, so about 2weeks ago, i moved to super thrive & klonex laced water. Last night, I added 4 various pothos & Philodendron cuttings. What advice do you have to assure she roots.. I am getting nervous… i am a lance shapes leaf fan, she and my Billettia joined my collection as my splurge into the cool leaf club!
I love your room! And that you didn't kill Mr long legs. He's a friend for sure.
I feel like that spider tipped his hat at you as we walked out the door.
Your adansonii looks like a laniata! Still an adansonii, just a larger growing subspecies :)
Also my gloriosum started growing huge leaves when I put it in a SUPER chunky mix, it grows stronger roots that way and that allows the leaves to grow bigger!
With the Lisa I had one for 2 years that did NOTHING so I bought some more rooted cuttings then in 6 months took cuttings of the cuttings. It was the only way I got this plant to ever fill in a pot. It took about 3 years and I use liquid dirt. She's in a west facing window and still only gives out only a smidge of growth. Even when she was in my cabinet she was the same, I'd be curious if you moved this plant into your greenhouse down the road the effects on the growth you would see cause this plant has been on a struggle bus for me. She's not dying she has everything she needs and yet...
Whatever happened to the Norfolk Island Pine you had outside last summer? I love them but find them so finicky. Was wondering if yours was faring better.
The begonia lucerna is my favorite. I Definitely have to cop that beauty 😍
The gloriusm looks sad, you should move it 🤩🤩
I also do not allow my plants to touch. Lol. I thought I was the only one. I still got hit with thrips tho- kinda hard. They migrated to 2 sections of my collection in 2 different areas. But I used good mites to kill them in a couple weeks then I treated everyone with a systemic, an insecticide, and neem oil because to keep the good mites colony going was too expensive for me.
Have you seen the billietiae x atabapoense hybrid? I just found one at a local shop. I love that it has the coloration of the atabapoense and the shape of the Billi.
I think the scindapsis moonlight likes a little lower light. I killed one in bright indirect light but now I have one that is growing like crazy in medium indirect light, with brighter west light in the evening. And I water her once a month- like every plant else I have.
Большое спасибо за видео !
I’m almost done with your marathon!! Lol but wanted to say snake plants are awesome! Not boring! Lol maybe boring in that they’re sooo easy! I like easy! Lol I am trying to collect them ALL! And the fake succulents are cute! Are they then called fucculents? Lmao 😂 much love!! Tamara aka crazyherblady
SO jealous of your euphorbia!!
Oh this reminded me I found a large leaf Sting Ray that needed attention, it hasn’t been watered i believe they wanted 20 plus in a large pot , I got it for 10 it looked so bad . My first one died it was a baby this one is thriving tfs
WOW! 💚💚💚
Treat that sheperdii! Mine was doing the same thing till I dunked it in peroxide, soaked it in azamax and repotted it in azamax soaked soil. It's started growing recently 🤞 I'm hoping it recovers 🪴
Hej. Mam sporo kwiatów, które są tez w Twojej kolekcji. Piękne, zdrowe kwiaty🌱
Pozdrowienia z Polski💚
You can squeeze those black metal brackets for the terra cotta pots together so that they’ll safely grab onto smaller pots.
Beautiful plants!!!
I think that truebii moonlight is getting too much sun. The leaves look bleached too me. Mine is in a NE window and thrives. I let it dry out completely too.
I love the spider so much, so cute to just politely leaving the room.
I think if you move the Hoya somewhere with top down light they’ll grow better for you
Hi becca i really enjoy the video , i also watch your another channel of your please make a video how to make those fake plants i would love to learn how to do them thanks best regards to all.
I have 5 varieties of Scindapsus (including Treubii Moonlight) and I find that they prefer ceramic or plastic pots. Every time I've put one of them in terracotta, they revolt! Maybe you could spray the inside of a terracotta with sealant so it matches your aesthetic ☺
If only all spiders were this polite and aware! 🕷🤣
Please I need to know where did you get the philodendron pillow from !? 😮
I love how you talking about fittonia is like me talking about calatheas everytime someone comes for them :D Like, too daramatic? More like you should thank them for telling you exactly what they want :D
I love my fittonia.
Awesome 2hour plant tour !! What are those metal flat hook things called.?? I’m searching everywhere on Amazon & can’t find them lol thanks !!
“Flower pot hooks” !
Put the ace of spades in a pretty cloche. I remember it’s struggle moment in another video too lol
Does rosemary not work on flare mites?
From my experiences the scindapsus moonlight hates terra cotta! I moved it to a clear vessel with no drainage and I use Dynomyco with it- much better!
“It’s really ugly it’s really weird but somehow it’s still alive” (string of turtles) is how I often feel about certain plants lol I keep them only because they’re still alive 😂
You tell them your the plant dr,or the plant ❤whisperor ,lol🌾
hi becca, i can’t find terravita clay works anywhere online. can you link them please?
www.etsy.com/shop/TerraVidaClayworks here you go!
I just purchased your book, hardcover.💚
Yay!! 🥰🥰
1:06:58 hi Becca, you didn’t mention the name of your “permanently borrowed cuttings”, but they look like Philodendron hederaceum “Cream Splash”. Is that a correct ID? 😅 Thanks for the tour! It’s very pleasant to watch, due to your fun live comment. The Daddy Longlegs letting himself out was just the funniest thing! 😂😂😂
I'd love to see you do a video of you trading away you're least favorite plants 😉
the clip of you washing your hands to game
show music killed me 😂😂☠️
The Ace of spades seems to want more humidity? Give it a cloche maybe?
at 11.28 is adansonii - Laniata a version of Adansonii
Will you be restocking your book any time soon? I'd love to get a copy of it :)
Yes!! 🥰 stay tuned
1:13:16 heyyy ❤
