Each pan carrier can fit up to 5 full-size, 2 1/2" deep food pans, but other pan configurations with full, 1/2, and 1/3 size pans are also possible. The doors on the unit open 270 degrees for easy access, and the latches keep the doors shut during transport. The polyethylene exterior is built for frequent use, and the textured design hides scratches and signs of wear. Molded handles on the front and back of the unit provide a comfortable grasp, and the design of the unit allows it to easily stack with similar carriers from Carlisle and Cambro. Hello, it will not keep chicken crispy, but it will keep it warm and food safe. Dry heat will help keep chicken crispy, but crispiness doesn't hold long.
