I’ve been using this build throughout my entire play through and I just wanna say I’ve been very impressed and having lots of fun using it. I have been cranking out some crazy damage
This build is perfect for a different spin on Lae'zel btw. You can choose Vlaakith as a deity. Paladin of Vengeance blessed by Vlaakith herself to hunt down mind flayers and followers of the Absolute. Later, you can go Oathbreaker if you decide to turn Laezel against Githyankee teachings.
That is awesome flavoring. I’ve always had it canon in my head that Lae’zel becomes a Paladin during her story (can be reasoned both with siding and siding against vlaakith) it’s nice to see someone else with the same thought process!!
@@PurgeEvilTVI’m on my first play through of the game. As soon as I learned that Vlaakith is a bitch, I switched lae’zel to a paladin. Find it funny I’ve done this on my first go around.
You should make a Coffeelock build they are crazy in reg dnd 5e but I’m not entirely sure if they are in bg3. Anyway you should try it cause it could be totally busted
Depends on the class. If a Sorcerer/Bard/Warlock/Vengence Paladin casts it, it uses Charisma. What you’re probably thinking is the fact that it’s a Wisdom saving through, where regardless of who casts it, it will target that humanoid creatures Wisdom save DC.
@@PoppinDBZ the main thing they (dex) will help with for this build is initiative rolls which determines when you take your turn (before or after enemies/allies)
One of the best weapons I found is Foebreaker, found in the Sorcerous Sundries vault. It ignores resistance to bludgeoning damage. bg3.wiki/wiki/Foebreaker
Another day, another build that slaps harder than my dad's belt.
🤣🤣🤣
Maybe it purged evil
🤣🤣🤣 just spat my drink. Thank you for that haha

Don't forget to take the hag's hair you break all paladin oaths oaths. So be ready for the 1k gold hit to get it back.
I respeced into fighter or barb before the fight and changed back after. 200 gold is much better than 1000
@@dylanarmstrong9328 it's really zero gold for the respecs, even better lol
1K gold is more than worth it for the hags hair
I have been using this build for so much time. Nice to see the light of RUclips's day.

I've been wanting to do a playthrough as Lion El Johnson from 40k and I think I found the build that will match him perfectly.
@@Ghostface2252 wow that’s legit hell yeah ⚔️
@@PurgeEvilTV I'm also using your Guts build for a Leman Russ playthrough.
W Dark Angels
@@SheerStubborn Thank you, I respect my uncle and cousins very much.
I don’t get why we max out Wisdom at 17? Aren’t 16 and 17 the same and we could start with wisdom at 14 and bump charisma to 12 to help early on
I'm guessing for harmonium halberd because it reduces tour wis by 1
Would love to see a true Deathstalker build for Durge. Cleric of Bhaal/ Assassin
That’s the type of build that’ll get me going. Consider it done
@@PurgeEvilTV Nexus has a mod to allow Bhaal worship for clerics and unlocks cut dialog in the game
can you pleaseee do a Gerald of Rivia build, the ones avalible are pretty weak, i really wanna see your spin on the build
@@alexbroo592 yes likely next build. Curious what others have done
Gerald???
@@vuvuzela4570 You know, Gerald...he's Geralt's cousin.
Hi, Is a solo build ? Hello, Is this a construction for solo? When are your other builds? Can you use them solo? Thanks
@@kunrelltywh9721 yes, all my builds are solo builds technically. Only a few of them that might need an ally. This one can solo 100%
@PurgeEvilTV Thanks to you for your reply, great content, keep it up:)
@@kunrelltywh9721 thank you friend ⚔️
Thanks for the build mate. Looks pretty fun.
But the stats are at odd numbers though. Any way to fix that?

Do you have to play Great Weapon Fighting for this build to be good or can you take another one?
You can take another
Will a 10 War Cleric + 2 Vengeance Paladin also be strong? Having almost all the best Cleric spells together with Divine Smites.
Yes this is a good split !!
I thought hold person was a wisdom concentration spell not a charisma one

Hold up, so how do smites scale? STR/Dex?
Spell slots level up to 4th , any weapon attacks doesnt matter if its str based or dex based
@@RonnieMyers777 yes look at them like their own roll pretty much. You can have an 8 str 8 dex Paladin and still land a 96 damage smite
they scale through spell slots and if the attack that you trigger the smite with crits
Why not take a 6/6 split so you get your aura?
Not using charisma, I don’t really see it necessary, rather have action surge or rather have last level in Cleric for spells/slots
Why no Raphaels str gloves?
They are a good option for any melee user
Could the gloves of Dex work with this?
100%
Thanks I'm new to the game😅
