I saw the combine stop at the headland then he opened the door, then threw the thrasher in gear. We used to do that with my dad's old combines (Oliver, White) We were listening for funny noises, broken things.....
Man if it’d quit showering every day or so we’d be done here, but looks like showers again tomorrow, nothing dry enough today to run. Getting frustrating, started working on corrals and have done a pile of fall discing where I can. 🤷♂️👍🍻
Yellow & Green make a good combo. I’ve run the JD’s but not NH’s. Both seem like they are pretty close to equal. Have a great harvest Here in Edson we got flooded
Remember when we used to desiccate with Round up. That did a number on thistle and even quack using it in the fall but I guess it wasn’t good for the seed and grain quality.
Is this a late posted video!!! 30C??? Still on peas and Grasshoppers..??? Looks good yielding pea's... Our thistles are virtually non existant.. Very few... Knock on wood.... But in no till we are trying to spray fields the year or two before they become Foxtail and Thistle!!
I know several years ago now, I asked you what these peas are used for but can't recall and I have no idea which year it was in that I asked, not which video, so....................
Hee, guess what I saw on my farm here Manotba. With my drone, a Cougar watching a Black Bear eat. Crazy I chase a Cougar for years in the Canmore area to see it with no luck. Now I see this Tom Cat all the time.. Mid vid ruclips.net/video/2N_LVAe8x0Q/видео.html

My hay fields this year have thistle. Never before, and I spray. Weird year to here in Montana.
That's how our wheat was. Test one day,18.9. The following day 13.3. Go figure.
@jeremycherny2041 ours was 22 at noon...git down to 18 tonight
Good video. What kind of wheat is that? Looked kind of red to me. Thanks.
Looks like hard red spring wheat
